I had a MRI. The Receptionist and two Radiologist were superb, true assets to the experience. The facility was extremely clean, well done cleaning staff. Parking was only $2, pay by card. You can enter the facility from the parking garage on the first floor.

I decided to support a loved one dealing with Parkinsons.As I stepped up to go in, I was yelled at about not entering without a mask.Before I could literally reply, the staff member yells Leave!!I looked puzzled and asked to use a bathroom.No.After a five block walk to find a bathroom, I will never return to that place.What shabby treatment at the hands of a supposed caregiver.Thanks for Illegally forcing me to be away from my loved one!!

Excellent condition and quality of care. My elderly parents and I all received our vaccines here.

I give this hospital 5 stars because they took wonderful care of me Dr. Sabo, Dr. Barbaro and their team were fantastic! I speak very highly of this man because he saved my life and gave me a new one! Im almost 36 years old and have suffered with epilepsy since I was 2 years old. This man was able to give me a diagnosis when no one else could come to find out it was a birth defects.In January of 2017 I had brain surgery for my seizures since then Ive been seizure free went back to school got my diploma and am now on my way of becoming a CCMA certified medical assistant.I highly recommend this man and his team for epilepsy and any other neurological problems you may having he saved my life.

The infusion staff here are fantastic and very friendly. My neurologist and some other doctors I see are in this building as well and theyre very knowledgeable and for the most part I have liked all the doctors Ive seen here.

Never sent records to family Dr. as promised. Dr. Alonso ordered thousands of dollars worth of tests and refused to follow up to discuss them. His personal nurse even told me the symptoms were in my head despite several abnormal scans. Went to another neurologist and got the answers I was looking for and better treatment.

Dr. Bradley Bonstadt saved my life. (Literally, as I had a ruptured aneurysm.) 7 weeks after surgery, still not one call to check on my progress. My follow-up at 8 weeks, I see a nurse (Neurosurgeon is on vacation). AND...with having top-tier Anthem insurance, the hospital DID Not send an itemized bill to my insurance provider. Obviously little training for the office staff, and billing office. Stay tuned for more antics! 🙄🤪😠

If i could give no stars i would. We drove 2 hours to get here and waited 2 hours past my apt. Still seen no dr so i left. They said they was a little behind 2 hours past apt is way more then a little behind. I wont be back. 1st time and last time there

Dr. Savage did great work removing my brain tumor. I feel like I have a new lease on life.

Brenda May the respiratory therapist is compassionate and dedicated staff member. Today she took time out of her busy day to sit and explain some very useful information for us.Unfortunately we have not had much help from Connie Simpson. She is always one step behind in our treatment. Thank God for Paula Garrett social worker from Parkview Hospital in Ft Wayne Indiana who is a fantastic provider of zillions of information and emotional support.

This place is a money pit.... They just want ypur money they dont care about anything else #factsabouthealthcare. But thats health care anymore charge the max for as little as possible...... - 6 stars but thats my opinion

I give this provider a 1 instead of a 0 because of the expertise of the neurologists we have seen. As for anyone in the office or administrative procedures, we have been less than impressed. We give two weeks advance notice in several portal messages and over the phone to our doctor’s office to get the neurologist to preauthorize his medicine, which he needs for a serious condition. Our pharmacy has reached out multiple times. Two weeks pass, and they have done nothing. We are starting to question if we made the right choice in coming to this provider. They do not show a high level of care or customer service. Don’t waste your time!

Facility is fine. Large receptionist desk, but no one there to direct me. No one on the main floor that I could ask. Was not impressed with doctor. Seemed uninterested. Did not send a report as he said.

Dr. Stephane is wonderful. The medical assistants are very personable and efficient.

I will never return to an IU health facility due to the experience I received from this location. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with insurance and billing.

Saw Dr Grogan and Dr karen Ruse. They did thousands of dollars worth of tests. Now weeks and multiple unreturned calls later- Im now sitting in their office- 45 minutes away trying to get medical records so we can get some answersDoctors will not call you back and getting results are impossible.The worst office I have ever experienced

I hate that I have to wait 4 months to get an appointment! Its Feb and I cant get in until June?? Ridiculous.
