Had the good fortune of meeting Christy and Terri yesterday at American Dynamic. Wonderful women. During the wait time for my procedure my husband and I got to visit with Christy (in between her doing her job)...talked about family and food. Two great topics. Terry was my technician. She was helpful, kind and pleasant. Explained the procedure and talked my through everything. Extremely nice, friendly woman. Both women are an asset to this company.

Overall had a well treated experience. But the receptionist wasn’t very friendly, blunt and didn’t have much communication. Usually I’m told what to expect, etc. when getting a scan of any sort but all I was told was to sit and wait. The MRI and doctors/nurse that did it were very friendly and accommodating.

I have had several MRIs at American Dynamic over the last few years. They were so accommodating with my busy schedule. The office staff is so helpful and friendly and I loved the lady who did my MRI! All around 5 stars and I will not ever go anywhere else in the future.

Y’all.I am not a fearful person.At least not until I’m asked to get in a MRI machine.After having a claustrophobic reaction in a standard tube MRI, my daughter found American Dynamic Imaging’s upright MRI. Christy R. greeted me warmly and helped me get checked in.I thought I was good-to-go until I sat down in the machine and started to feel that same sense of panic. I told my technician, Eric S., that I didn’t think I could do this (heartbeat quickening with every word). I was ready to bolt, but Eric so very effectively helped me hit the pause button on my anxiety, telling me he’d be there with me the whole time and asked me if I just wanted to try. Try I did, and we got it done! Eric saved the day and enabled me to walk out of there with a step in the right direction for better health & a sense of victory over my anxiety. I am so thankful for Christy, Eric, and American Dynamic Imaging. I highly recommend ❤️

Very nice facility and finally an mri machine that helps those of us who cant lie flat for extended periods of time and for those who might have anxiety. The staff was so nice and helpful, I will only use American Dynamic in the future!!

Love, Love this place! The folks here are informative and kind. I went to them 10 years ago and again today. They were as welcoming this time as they were the first time I went.Very accommodating. I will continue to use them and refer others here.

I walked out of a closed MRI appointment twice. I’m claustrophobic and thought I had no options. My husband suggested the Open Upright MRI at ADI and it was perfect for me. I was anxious and stressed initially but Susan was excellent! She really helped me through the MRI process. The open upright MRI is the best route for those that are simply not comfortable with the closed MRI. I would give ADI a 10 if I could. Great service, Great environment and Great team!

Best MRI I ever experienced!! Very friendly people. The tech took all my fears away! It is totally different from the MRIs I had in the past. They didnt lay me down and slide me in that dreaded, dungeon, tube!! I actually sat up the whole time. Thank God for the new MRI experience and the helpful people there.

Incredible front desk staff. The Technician was very professional, amazingly compassionate, and very supportive as I worked through my nervousness. I will always choose this place for future MRIs. Thank you all for making the experience fast, smooth, and easy during hard times.

(LGTBQ Friendly) Incredibly kind and helpful staff and the most competitive prices on my insurances website to be found.Christy in particular was still talking to me at 7:30 pm trying to help me with an issue I was having, and was right back at it at 7:45 the next morning! She was amazing, definitely did not need to go so far above and beyond to help me.In the course of one evening I was helped by Christy, the part-time tech, the full-time tech, and eventually we even got a response from the Radiologist on staff all trying to be sure it was safe for me to have an MRI. They definitely showed they cared and all put a lot of extra effort in to help.For transparency, the center my Dr referred me to quoted me over $700 for something that this facility ended up doing for $400. Very glad I shopped around and found them. Their reviews are better than the other place, too!

This facility is great! Staff is super friendly and quick turn around time to schedule an appointment. The open MRI is actually open! No tube at all! Highly recommend for anyone that gets nervous about tight spaces.

Either their equipment is malfunctioning or the radiologist is not reading the results correctly. I have proof from other MRI’s that easily verify the discrepancies. However, when I called their office to report the problem, they would not discuss it with me and were not concerned. I would definitely not recommend them.

The staff is friendly and attentive. My husbands experience with a brain scan was a easy and the radiologist was knowledgeable and very kind. I highly recommend ADI. Thank you for making this part of our medical journey a pleasant one.

The position I was in sitting in was very hard on my pain, so I had to be medicated in order to come back to finish the scan. The first tech was very sweet and understanding, but the second was not at all concerned about my comfort. She sat me down on a belt buckle and wouldnt move it until until I told her I had to use the restroom, among other things. When I told them I wouldnt be back, they said that was fine with them.

Great Experience! Recommend it especially for people with severe claustrophobia. Nice Room with TV and view of the Technician.

They have the NEW or Non Enclosed Weight bearing machine. It is a stand up MRI with nothing in front of the patient.Perfect solution for people who are not comfortable with regular or even open MRIs, such as myself.I have been there only once, the staff and the technician very friendly and professional.They are open until 8 pm, which means one can go there after work as opposed to requesting time off from work.

Today was my fourth visit. Once again, all the staff was courteous, carrying and very helpful in meeting my needs. I highly recommend this facility for all your imaging needs!

Friendly staff. If you cant lay flat. They try to work fast to help keep your pain level down in uncomfortable positions.

Beware they scam you upfront with bogus payment. they double charge you and you have to fight long battle to get money that was overcharged back

I have had an mri of the head every year since 2010 due to a brain tumor my neuro is monitoring. This place is great and the techs have always been very nice.

Wonderful experience. I would choose this place again and again.

Front desk staff was great. MRI technician was a bit gruff, but overall a great experience!

Christy has no customer service skills. She is rude on the phone and in person. She walks and talks with a chip on her shoulder! She has an awful attitude!
