I recently used this location for an two MRI scans and it was my first MRI experience so I started off a little uneasy. The technician Reece could not have been better. You can tell he loves what he does and he not only explained the process but also the workings of the machine among other things. He was very good at taking your mind off the procedure but once you get used to it its no biggie anyway. The images worked great for my doctor and they were delivered promptly, I even called the next day to have the report emailed to me which was accommodated in just a few minutes my Debbie. She also made scheduling a breeze. I highly recommend this center if youre looking for an open MRI.

The Good ,the staff was very welcoming and the wait was very short. The Bad, When my Dr looked at the MRI the resolution was very poor, it should have been 1.5 to 2.0 but is was .85 about half of what it should be. I am having to have a second MRI done before my Dr will operate on my neck. My Dr says he has spoken to Preferred Imaging several times about the poor resolution but They have done nothing to fix it. I will not be going to Preferred for any more imaging. My injury was workmans comp so it did not cost me any money out of pocket, but i have to wait on the insurance to approve a second MRi which is prolonging my surgery and my pain.

Very nice place and very nice staff.This was my second time there.Love the open MRI.They even gave me a disc of my imaging and emailed me my report .

Very professional and kind staff. Room atmosphere for MRI was very comfortable and welcoming. Staff performing MRI covered me with blankets and made sure I was at ease. Front desk was patient and professional, too. Great experience!

The staff was very friendly, explained everything, and did everything that they could to make sure that I was comfortable. There was no wait time, and they got me in and out in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone that needs to have an open MRI.

Comfortable experience with a interesting explanation of everything going on with the MRI. I also got a CD with my pictures on it which I find pretty cool to look at

Great staff for my first MRI!

I was referred by my in-network physician to this facility. The facility employees did not tell me they are out of network for my insurance, so when I go the EOB, I was shocked, but they assure me that they will not be billing me any more than what I paid at the time of service, which was my deductible and copay. Its just how they do things. Whew! What an unnecessary scare! It would be nice to know this up front.Other than that, I had to wait a bit for the MRI and felt a bit like a number or cattle when they rushed me through the MRI, even though I was having a claustrophobic attack. They gave me a short break, but also said that we need to hurry and get this done. So basically, suck it up and go! If there is a next time, I will opt for the open MRI.
