I called and inquired. They told me I couldnt speak with a physician until I paid $389.00 and committed to a couple more payments like that. They couldnt tell me anything about the dose either. They didnt offer a free consult or even a paid consult. They sounded like used car salesmen to me. I hung up on one so another one called trying to get my money after I clearly told them I wasnt interested if I couldnt see a physician before issuing them a check. Next day, another sales person called. Go through your physician. Something no right here.

The Ketamine Clinic in Hurst is THE best! The staff are the most friendly and always attentive, friendly, and accommodating. When I began I was on over 13 daily meds, including some very strong pain meds. I’m now down to one very light pain med for breakthrough pain. I’m so pleased with the care I’ve received from them, especially Keith, PA and Melissa one of the medics!!!

Emmy is one of the reasons I came back to this center. She makes me feel safe with her calm nature and her communication. I was thrilled to hear that they are now in our network. They control my pain better than anyone else. The rooms are private and the nurses and medics are the best. Highly recommend them.

I have had CRPS complex regional pain syndrom or (RSD) reflex sympathetic dystrophy since 2004 after I tore my supraspinatus tendon in my right shoulder during a training incident for my job. I have had over 150 stellate ganglion nerve block in my neck. . I have problems with almost every kind of pain medication. I then tore my meniscusin my right knee while traveling for work and after surgery I was diagnosed with RSD on my right knee, leg and hip in 2006. I also have two spinal cord stimulators one for the lower half of my body and one for the upper half of my right side. Chris at the Ketamine Wellness Center in Hurst treated me for chronic pain but he also treated me like a human being and set my mind at ease during my treatments. This treatment has changed my life I once could not even think about walking around the block and now I walk 4 miles a day. After my treatment I am pain free for about 4 to 6 weeks I then go in to get a maintenance infusion. I highly recommend this treatment for anybody who has no life and is sad and depressed due to chronic pain, you can once again have the life you left behind.

The people here really should not be allowed to work in any medical setting because they do not know how to propery start an IV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the basic FIRST STEP for ANY TYPE OF INFUSION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

I received 4 initial treatments and finally had relief from hip pain. I now walk up and down 2 flights of stairs twice a day for exercise at work. - No pain at all! Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding about maintenance and I returned to my new job. I can do Saturdays , I recommend this treatment. Also, Chris is the Best! He is who I got that sat with me during all 4 treatments! I loved having him. He is great to talk while getting the treatments. He likes scuba diving and islands destinations so he has soothing island videos to watch on the large flat screen along with a comedy movie I once had him change it to.

Emmy ONeal is definitely in the right line of work. She is so thoughtful and caring! She has a way about her that makes her easy to talk to and I can really feel that she is genuine and trustworthy. She has done a lot for me, shes went above and beyond. When you find someone like her in this situation, you just want her to be commended! Also, Chris is a gem. He has a perfect bedside manner. He knows how to read me, what I need, when I need it. I dont know what Id do without these two. Ive been going to this clinic for 9 months. I highly recommend KWC.

This type of treatment should be mainstream for sufferers of major depression, like myself. I was skeptical about the treatment, but knew I had to do something else to help myself. Im SO very glad this treatment is offered in Hurst, and Im actually feeling better. Im really, really beginning to feel better! The staff is amazingly caring, and understand why people come for treatment. I would say is youre getting by, but not getting well, at least give it a try.
