We have never had issues with this place until today my wife and daughter saw Melanie Ghormley Harston, DO and she kept pushing that my wife get vaccinated then in front of my daughter told my wife basically with out the vaccination for Covid she would not live through the year. We took our daughter in for a cough and fever and the doctor immediately said it was Covid tested her came back negative and acted surprised. This lady should find a new profession not treating children. She was very unprofessionally you go here I would highly suggest requesting she not be your doctor.

WOW! THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!!!I took my 2 year old there this morning to have a cast put on and before I could get started filling the paperwork out they called us back. Then before I could get the second line filled out. The doctor was in there. She was Extremely nice! Showed me the break on the x-ray, explained everything and within 10 min. the splint was cut off and the cast on and heading out the door. Every employee there was very nice! They have that place running like a finely tuned engine. Every hospital, clinic, doctors office, etc... needs to go by there and see how done!

The X-ray department is so deplorable. Those two ladies they think they are superior to the parents that come there. My child who is 3 years old wanted to use the restroom after the X -ray and the heavy frame old lady at that department told not she needs to go front lobby and use it there. I forgot the restroom has their name for that incompetent X-ray staff. So disappointed with their bad attitude.

My daughter dislocated her pinky and chipped one of the bones. The staff and Drs and sport therapist have been great to deal with. Very detailed in explanations and conveying concerns. I did not give 5 stars only because their automated phone system is not ideal when trying to reach someone for a general question. Took me 5 minutes of hiring numbers to reach someone.
