Going to the dentist is not supposed to be fun but they definitely make it as enjoyable as possible. Everyone always says high and they never make you feel bad about your issues. This dental office is by far THE BEST dental experience I have had since I can remember, even going back to childhood. These dentists, dental assistants, reception workers, etc are all there for you. In the past I’ve been ridiculed for having something wrong with my teeth or something I am doing incorrectly, BY OTHER DENTISTS! I was so scared to go back to a dentist in the fear that the would hurt my feelings or be mean to me because I didn’t floss enough. This office has made me have zero fear of going to the dentist. They have never stated that I need to do better or be better. They always answer all my questions honestly. They also never have made me feel bad for not being perfect. This was an amazing experience, and we will definitely be coming back. My mom went to another dentist to get her wisdom tooth out, and they basically left half of the tooth in and broke it. The nerve was exposed which caused her to be in so much excruciating pain. Honestly, I thought she was going to die because of this pain. I saw the reviews of this place and decided to take her here. They made an early and fast appt for the same day. She was quickly attended. Mind you she doesn’t have insurance so she was paying in cash. The office staff was super nice, the assistant, and Dr.Eberlein were beyond amazing. I will never forget this place. They saved my mom’s life. Dr. Eberlein was so patient with my mom and could tell he actually cared about her. Dr. Eberlein was able to take the wisdom tooth out, and they were super affordable. Glad to say my mom is doing much better now. I will be making sure my family goes here and nowhere else. This is the only dentist I trust. Thank you!

Like many I have never been a fan of dental appointments, but everyone at Mid-Cities Dental goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. I met a former member of their office staff in 2008 and have been a patient ever since. I have never had a complaint with any of my appointments, they are truly an example of people that care about patient care.

All the Staff were friendly, helpful & professional all the way around. I really appreciated Kyle Eberleins sensitivy to my concerns of my treatment! I had my first tooth pulled as an senior adult...wasnt the same as when I was a little girl pulling my first teeth. Tooth fairy didnt show up afterwards but his kindness and sense of humor made the experience much easier for me. Even got a follow up call this morning to see how I was doing!! I went to this dentist for several years and then my insurance changed. I had to switch and I couldnt get back onto the plan to qualify me for Mid Cities Dental fast enough! I was so miserable at the other dentist I didnt want to go. The staff, service, etc. at this office is phenomenal. Now I bring my kids (7 years old) and this week they had an exam and, unfortunately, one of them needed a filling. Because they were not super busy that day, they offered to do his filling on the spot! I was SO thankful to not have to schedule another appointment.

He’s so funny, keeps it real, doesn’t pressure me into any fancy dental work that I don’t need, and overall genuine Dr. I just met Dr. Gulati for the first time last week for my 6 month clean. She’s so cool, like a chill bestie, keeps it real and so fun to be around! (Shout out to Amy for what felt like a deep DEEP deep clean.lol The experience wasn’t painful but a week later and my teeth feels as if I had just had them cleaned. I can’t stop smiling... even under the mask. ;-) )Overall though, everyone’s professional, friendly, and kind!

I have been snoring for years. Dr. Eberlein and his team fitted me for a snore guard and explained its benefits and details on how to use. He takes time to talk through things with me. I recently switched to Mid Cities Dental after being with one dentist for a number of years. I had my first cavity at 49, and it was filled at that time. During my recent check-up, Dr. Gulati noticed that more cavity was exposed below the area that was filled. While doing the filling, she used an insert to ensure that the area between the teeth was filled correctly. I dont recall this being done at the last dentist, and this is likely why more of the cavity was exposed. My whole family has switched to Mid Cities Dental, and all four of us have been for cleanings and other treatments, and everything has gone well. Billing and follow up has been fair and professional. I highly recommend their office.

I dont live close to his office but make the drive because I trust him and all the staff. I feel well taken care of by the dental hygienist, Janine. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

This was the first time for me to have Amy as the Dental Hygienist. She did outstanding in making me feel comfortable throughout the entire teeth cleaning experience. I switched to Dr. Eberlein about 10 years ago when my old dentist retired. I wish I had changed earlier. His technology, training and staff are up to date and not overpriced. I have bragged about his technology to my friends. His staff are friendly and personal. They take care of me, even when I had a tooth emergency recently. I would personally recommend Mid- Cities Dental to ANYONE - and I have. I like it that his waiting room has coffee, family friendly reading material and a Bible.

We all know it can be somewhat scary going to the dentist but he explained everything so I didn’t feel as anxious. The staff is great, as always. I was recently in to have a cavity filled. It was in a very tough spot, but Dr. Patel was able to it quickly and with a minimum of discomfort. I was able to enjoy lunch immediately afterwards.

Horrible, horrible experience today, dental hygienist was friendly and all, but that doesnt help me at all, because when trying to get me x-rayed she hurt my gums once, so I told her and she dismissed me saying that I had no scratches or redness, then tried to do it again shoving the device into my mouth and hurting me once again; well that was it for me and had to leave the office. I know they are aware that not all patients are the same, so why this lady pretended I was not hurting its beyond me! With personnel like that I do not understand why they have high ratings. All I can say is that I will definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone!

If you have children, this is the dentist for you. My son had a bad cavity, and he was very nervous/anxious coming in. They warned me he might need to see a pediatric dentist. Dr Kyle came in, was very calm, and was able to pull the tooth. I would highly recommend his practice and his staff.

As a office manager of Dr. Eberlein I know we both would never want a patient to be upset, however, doing some research and not finding the name Iris Fulmen in all of the United States makes me think this is a false statement. I have been in dentistry for over 20 years from management to consulting and have never worked for such a precise doctor that preforms amazing dental work. I have worked for many doctors but never one that has shown leadership and respect to both patients and staff. Dr. Eberlein has never preformed treatment on a wrong tooth and has over 30 years experience with over thousands of satisfied patients. In all the root canal cases we do, we always test the tooth with accurate equipment before preceding with the procedure. We welcome you to call us directly and will be happy to talk to you.

Please save yourself some money and time. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE. Dr. Eberlein will talk you into the most expensive thing for your situation even if you have told him over and over that you dont have the finances or only want to do the bare minimum, He will tell you well you can apply for a loan or a credit card. He doesnt care about what else you have going on in your personal life. He just wants to snatch every penny out of your pocket.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!! Ive seen so much turnover in staff for the last 6 months to a year. How could you my favorite people (Pam, Shawn, Dr. Mulcahy and Celia) not work there any more and no one ever called and told me. They just let me show up and say oh your going to be seeing this new Hygienist which was a horrible experience. I was only coming for Dr. Mulcahy, Pam, Shawn and Celia, I never liked Dr. Eberlein from the moment I seen him for a toothache. I could tell all he wanted to do was get every penny out of me, but I was smarter than that. Switched to Dr. Mulcahy and loved her and her team. Also the new dentist Dr. Patel is just like Dr. Eberlein money hungry. The last straw I had with them was when some lady name Amanda called me harassing me for money that my insurance had already paid them. Dr. Eberlein wife tried to talk me into staying just to get every penny outta me. This place has went all the was down hill since Dr. Albrittion retired. Sad sad sad! It seems to me since everyone is leaving that Dr. Ebelrein doesnt know how to treat his wonderful team that he once had. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!
