I was intrigued by the low cost orthodontist ad and immediately went inside to inquire more. However the staff were so nice and accommodating. I ended up with a new dental family. Also I love my new dentist Dr. Hur his office manager Caitlin was able to make the transition seamless as possible. Y’all are the best!

Took my husband here and absolutely loved it. The staff was super nice and the Dr. was very informative. The front office lady Adriana was so sweet and talked everything through with me. Highly recommend this place.

The Dentist examined and cleaned my teeth. He did a great job. He was very nice and good at his job. I didnt care for the water spraying in my face while cleaning. Also, xrays took a while to do, dont guess that could be helped. I recommend trying this Dentist.

The staff is always rude and the new dentist is as well. They tell you that you need extra stuff done when in fact you do not. They only care about the dollar bills. 6,000. for braces and not once cleaned or told us that my childs teeth supposed to be cleaned every 6 months with braces on and been 2 years worth of braces. They now say 8 teeth need to be pulled 4 canine and 4 wisdom!! 4,000.00 more!! Hi, it is me again making my google review on Brident dental in Hurst. Wow what a great change for the better. Now the staff is so friendly and my daughter loves her dentist and ortho. I dont know what or who changed but, we are now comfortable and well taken care of when we are there. Tried here a couple of months ago and they wouldnt see me cause my insurance card didnt match my ID; cause Im Transgender. And the manager and Adriana and Marlene were super nice and took amazing care of me and got me an appointment set up. Thank you so much to this new team! Felt very welcoming! I have waited for this day for 20 years. The day I could finally afford braces. And the ladies, Dr.s, hygienist made it all so easy. Caitlyn... you are my literal angel. I am so happy, I wasnt expecting to walk out with braces but you made it happen. They are busy for a reason and thats because they dont see you as just a patient spending money, but an individual that needs help and to be treated with respect. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The staff working the desk at this dental office is full of it. I made an appointment by phone answered all insurance related questions, they confirmed that do accept my insurance so they booked my appointment. When I arrived to the appointment at 9am they cancelled my appointment and said they dont take my Insuance on Saturdays. They could have said that over ther phone before having me get up early and waste my time coming all the way up there, because that really doesnt sound right. I dont appreciate having my time wasted. Of course I took my business elsewhere. 👍🏾

Worst office and place of business I ever experienced. The office manager is the most rudest woman and she is a disgrace to the business. No one knows what they are doing and cancel your appointments nonstop after you already arrive. They keep you waiting for 30 mins each time before they tell you and your 5 yr old they are canceling yet again.So many dentists in the area dont pick this ome.

Had a horrible tooth ache… posted on Facebook and Caitlin hit me up. I had about 30 people say “come see me” but she actually reached out snd set up a appointment. Worked with me financially since I do not have insurance. Today I went in to start my process snd did my deep cleaning. From the doctors and nurses snd all the employees everyone seems super cool , laid back, and welcoming. I would refer any of my friends and family to Brident off precinct line in hurst! Thank y’all for your prompt service and helping me out!

Came here at the beginning of a week, my daughter waited in the back an hour and only after I asked they said the dentist couldn’t get to her today and we would need to reschedule. Who does that?! We are here again and have been waiting 30 minutes. I am about to give up and take my business elsewhere

My rating is based off of one employee who made it worth taking the time to rate. I wasn’t impressed with one of the ladies at the front. She didn’t acknowledge I came in and even after sitting there for ten minutes while she helped the same customer she still didn’t say anything to let me know she’d be with me. With that being said, the lady with an office in the very front named Caitlin made the experience worth the wasted time. As soon as she came back up to the front she immediately helped me and we faced many issues which she helped me overcome easily with a willing attitude. I wouldn’t have came back if it wasn’t for her but I will be a continual customer from now on.

One of the only things that truly makes me scared dental surgery of any kind, and everyone there did so very well to make sure I was comfortable that while the surgery I was going through was happening all I could think was how am I gonna let them no to hit continue on my music when it pauses?. If the dentist isnt for you, then theyre a good option, just let them know how youre feeling about it all.

Very expensive and predatory fee structure that incentives staff to get you to sign up for their care plan and they automatically schedule you for an appointment several months later in hopes youd forget it to charge you the missed appointment fee. These people are sharks go to a different dentist.

We just started with them not sure what to do. my son has a emergency they will not see him inntil may. It was very quickly for his braces to come undone. Cannot get ahold of no one in the office. Customer service is rude. Not sure what to do now:(

I could go on and on but I am so sick of even having to think about dealing with them!!...Im so happy my family and I are no longer patients here. Finally!! What a relief!!

They took very good care of my daughter the day she saw the oral surgeon. They have a very caring staff here. I would recommend this place to anyone especially your kids.

I was there last Saturday. The office staff is very friendly and polite, I was very happy about their costumer service. I will give 5 stars to the dentist and his assistants. Very sweet staff, I didnt feel any pain and felt comfortable all the time. The turn off was the cleanliness of the place :( the floors were very dirty, I saw trash on several floors throughout the building, chairs, lights, etc.were dirty. It seems like this office hasnt been cleaned in a while.Specially during this COVID-19 times, this office sould be cleaner. Office manager you need to hire a cleaning company asap.

I HATE IT HERE AND I CANNOT EXPRESS IT ENOUGH! First let me say that I could only use Brident because of my husbands insurance at the time. My very 1st appointment with them, I sat there an hour awaiting my consultation. Okay, the day of my braces being put on I was not pulled to the back until 2.5hrs after my arrival! Thats not including the time I already spent there because I was asked to come early to complete paperwork. Got them on. The SAME DAY I had two brackets fall off. Fast forward, every appointment was always a wait to be seen. Covid hit and it was even harder to get my braces serviced once they did open. Now that I have moved to another state, the orthodontist that I want to see has requested transfer paperwork from Brident. I called to get the paperwork. A worker by the name of Luv answered and told me that the orthodontic coordinator was busy and that i needed to call her the next day! The nerve of Luv to not even take my contact info. I gave it anyway. I called later again that day and got the same answer from Luv. Now here it is today, 10/22 (the next day) AND THE OFFICE IS CLOSED UNTIL NOVEMBER 4TH! I am over this damn office. Do not go here unless you want to put up with attitudes and long wait times.

After our appointments for ortho and regular cleaning got canceled on March we weren’t able to reschedule.... after multiple attempts we finally got our appointments one for ortho and other for regular check up well our 2pm cleaning appointment turned into a 2 hours and 43 minutes my son was just waiting on the back when we asked for an estimate for clear alignments !!!!They never cleaned my son’s teeth didn’t do anything !!!he was waiting and waiting for them to tell him that location doesn’t have clear alignments !?!?I called to see why they didn’t do the cleaning and told me my son didn’t want to do the cleaning ???????My husband was waiting on the lobby and they did not mentioned anything ***the receptionist had the audacity of telling me that she spoke to my husband which is a lie !Are you serious ? Then what was the point of our appointment !!!!Oh we don’t have nothing to do yeah let’s go and sit in the lobby with our mask at BridentFor 2 hours and 43 minutesThis is really upsetting, horrible service !Find your self a better companyI asked for a supervisor....receptionist offer help explained and nope didn’t care I told her I’m not coming back and she just click on me ...Making sure they don’t bill my insurance!

Was not satisfied with the Customer Service, I’m Very Big On First impressions And Good Service. My first visit was Awful when I walked in the Front Desk staff was Very Rude, one of the Women claimed she could not find my daughters insurance in their system I advised her of the info I had she just said yea I can’t find it. I contacted my insurance who assured me I had the correct information and that the dentist office does have Assistants that does not know how to properly pull up info in the system so they offered to contact them for me. While trying to contact them they let the phone ring never answered I explained tht the insurance was trying to call to inform them, the young lady had an attitude and said she wasn’t able to answer at tht time, Which I didn’t understand because they were just sitting there. So I explained to her what I was told she then said oh okay well had I known WhT type of insurance it was I would have looked in a different system. Which makes no sense because I feel if you can’t find it in the system then surely you would look into the other system instead of just telling me oh no I can’t find it. So I let that go we rescheduled bc they claimed to be super busy and that we wouldn’t be able to be seen, I also advised tht we had an appointment for the orthodontist that Nxt week and out of nowhere she states “FYI Medicaid Doesn’t pay for Braces”. First and foremost I didn’t ask if they paid for it or not and I feel that wasn’t your place nor the time to tell me this. I know braces are expensive and I am prepared to pay what’s needed that’s not a problem however I didn’t like the delivery of that I really didn’t and at this point I really don’t want to give anyone my money that treats their customers this way. On top of that it’s not the cleanest the floors are filthy the whole place could use a good cleaning especially during these times of Covid. I didn’t like it and would never refer anyone to this place.

The front staff is rude. The office is not clean. I can not tell you how many brackets have fallen off my childs teeth. They have fallen off numerous times at the office just putting bands on. They have basically stopped all Saturday appts for ortho and will not work with you if your 6 week check up does not fall on a week that Saturday appts are available. They will not let you change offices, even though my kids braces are paid in full. Almost worth getting them to take the braces off and start somewhere else. I do not recommend Brident. I wish I had not gone with them. No visit other than the very first visit was good. So watch out for that. Stay away from this dentist. Go anywhere else. Anywhere is better than brident.

Came over since this was the only place around me that was open on Saturdays. Come to find out this place delivered even more. Excellent customer service. My hygienist Kate was very knowledgeable and made sure i was 100% comfortable throughout the procedure and even after the procedure she made sure all my questions were answered. Excellent service over all. Highly recommend. 👍

This place customer service is awful. I went to my appointment, the doctor was nice and so was receptionist. I called the office direct number and was transferred to customer service. I told the representative why I was calling and kept being transferred to different customer service lines. When I express why was I being transferred to same department, she became rude when I told her that I had already called the office main number. She over talked me was rude and transferred me back to customer service. I called the office once again and once again customer service answered, so finally I spoke to a supervisor in customer service.This is totally unacceptable. Literally have no options to assist with cost. If you dont have medicaid then you are out of luck. Please think before patronizing this business. I went to office on E Lancaster, FtW.

I usually get nervous at the dentist but not this time. Ivonne was very kind to me whilst taking pictures of my teeth and the x-rays. She also quick yet careful. Karina was also extremely whenever she was talking to me and my parents at the end of the checkup. Every one at Brident was very nice and I was very relaxed whilst there.

Are you kidding me? No one answers the phone. I am sitting on the line for 30 mins and I am a provider trying to reach a provider to discuss some of the work that they are doing on a mutual patient! I cant believe that Brident can stay in business with this poor customer service and dental work.

I brought my 3yr old for a cleaning and Ivonne was amazing with her when taking x-ray. The receptionist Karina is very friendly and helpful with scheduling that works best for my kids and I. Cayla and Jenny are great as well. My opinion the whole staff is great.

Where do I start? I initially set an appointment on February 6, 2020, for 4:15,4:30 and 4:45 for my kids and myself. The day of the appointment, I received a call from the front desk asking could we come at 4:00 because they stop doing appointments at 5 pm (but it says closes at 6) and our 4:45 appointment would be pushing it. I was a little disappointed because that was the time the person gave me when I first called to set up an appointment. Okay cool. They rescheduled us for today, which is February 15,2020, at 10:15. I get there at 10:05 am and was told they are running 30 minutes behind, and I was handed my paperwork to fill out. I gets done with the paperwork at 10:45. I was then told we would have to WAIT another 45 MINUTES. I asked why is that because our appointment was at 10:15. If we have to wait 45 more minutes, thats almost noon; I was told we could not been seen until our paperwork was put in the system and that takes 45 minutes. I have never heard of that ever. I eventually got fed up and canceled all three appointments. I was then told they only have one provider, so thats why the wait was long , but we were the only ones sitting there. Then I was told its better to come on Wednesday. Like this would be my second reschedule. This place is awful, and I will never come back. I will take my business else were.

Cayla handled my intake very pleasantly. Ivonne was also instrumental with handling all issues that arose and answered all questions. Dr Kim was very professional, general and thorough with his examination.

My appointment for cleaning and x-rays was initially rescheduled because they were overbooked. My daughter had a cleaning appointment the same week and her appointment was also rescheduled due to overbooking.The experience in the office was nice, though. The receptionist was helpful, the office was cool and clean, and the dental tech was pleasant and careful. I felt much better about this dentist office when through.A couple of weeks later, my husband had a cleaning and x-ray appointment and when they finished his x-rays, they told him that he would have to come back another day for his cleaning because it was getting close to closing time (it was 5:10, and they close at 6:00). Who does that???I went to this dentist because of a change in my family dental insurance. Because of that, I will try again.

First appointment and Ive had a good experience so far. Lots of x-rays and the lady was very kind when I kept gagging. Doctor was quick and spent time with me. Cayla up front was great and kept checking back with me. Good experience.

Yesinia was amazing. I had a very hard time with my X-ray but her patience got me through. Maria was extremely patient. I accidentally bit her and she never once got upset. Her patience alone helped me get through the X-ray. Ivonne was amazing as well. I am overall happy with the services I received today. Happy Mother’s Day to me!!!!! I will recommend to anyone!!!!!!

Service was great, Daisy did my X-rays. Karina Helped me with insurance and Ivonne did my cleaning. All of them were nice and did a great job. Only thing is I was cold and there was no blanket to provide me with.

Daughter had an appointment at 9 am was not seen until 130 pm. Was not offered to reschedule. The procedure required her not to eat or drink or take her required medications. This was total disrespect for her as a person. I asked to speak with the office manager and was told that they were out of town. I then asked to speak with who was in charge and was told no one was available . Asked to have someone call me back and was told they couldnt guarantee anyone would. I would give them a negative star rating if possible. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not good for a first impression.

Brident dental is one of the best offices I have been to! The staff is very kind and good at what they do. Im never scared of fees or operations because I know Im in good hands.

There have been some less the useful employees in and thankfully out these last several months but the staff that is here keeping this place running wonderfully does Brident Dental proud. I have a large family and they always do what they can to provide us with appts that work for our needs. Excellent customer service even when the call center has incorrectly scheduled my kids for check ups and this office had to fix it (multiple times the call center puts us on the schedule when the dentist isnt available) Giant Thanks to Jenny and her team for running a great place.

One of the worst customer service I have encountered. Service is really below par, and the front desk is incompetent. The pseudo manager Rayven spoke to me in a very condescending manner . I do not recommend this practice . They treat their patients poorly all in a dated facility .

I had my wisdom teeth removed here. The doc that did it was an a master. Unfortunately I dont remember his name, but from what I understand, Bridents docs specialize in their given focus, and it really showed.

Today was my first visit ever. After informing that I would be a new patient along with my two children and husband, the front desk clerk actually asked that I figure out the corporate office location of my dental insurance because otherwise she would have to call all of them. Although I had the insurance and policy number and have never been asked to provide that before in my life, I guess she didn’t want to be the one to do the leg work even though it’s her job! In my 42 years alive and over 25 years having my own insurance, this was certainly a first! If this is the work they put in for a potential new client, I would hate to see how much less they do when they’re comfortable with you! No thank you! I’ll look for another location to take my family of four to! Definitely don’t recommend this place! To top it off.... she actually wanted me to set the appointments while I called for the information! Ridiculous!!!! My husband and I were both in agreement - no thanks! We don’t want lazy people working on any one of us.... much less our children!

Enjoyed my experience of BOOST whitening. Ivonne and Yesenia were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Kim and Dr. Patel were very informative throughout my visit was well.

Very friendly office staff. The xray technician did a great job! I have a small mouth and the adult size xray scanners are too large. The last time I was there for a 6-mos exam, the technician refused to use smaller scans so the inside of my mouth got so many abrasions I had gum ulcers for weeks. This time I had a new technician and once she placed the scanner in my mouth and noted it was too large, she immediately removed it and got the smaller one. She was proactive, caring and sensitive to my comfort. Great job! Im hoping I get the same technician next time.The dentist conducted both a thorough exam and a good cleaning. I recommend the Hurst facility.

I had appointment scheduled. Received a phone call from the office letting me know they only have one doctor. And that the wait was going to be extremely long time. And that the doctor would not be able to work on me that day only see me and maybe give a prescription do to how busy they were. I asked why I was given an appointment if they werent going to be able to do the work. She said the call center sets calls but they dont guarantee work at local offices. They also argued with me about my insurance. Called one of their competitors got in same day and treatment no issues.

I came in because I needed to get my wisdom teeth checked out and Dr. Patel did my consultation. Viola was very personable and let me know my financial options. She worked with me until I could do something within my budget. I actually look forward to my next dental appointment!

I would not recommend that anyone go here. Worst dentist experience Ive ever dealt with.The first appointment seemed ok, but they pushed a bunch of overpriced products on us and one tech spoke very condescendingly to my husband. They (sneakily) didnt tell us about these products being added to our bill until checkout. Our bill seemed overly expensive, especially once my husband and I got home and were able to go over everything. We actually looked up the toothbrush they pushed on us and found that it was not highly reviewed and they overcharged us for it.We ultimately decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and kept our appointments.Then I came back for my appointment to complete my dental services. I advised them I needed to head into work by the afternoon and they assured me theyd be done in time. The general cleaning and fillings seemed fine but then they needed to cast a mold for a mouth-guard. A tech created one (after multiple attempts) of my top teeth and advised me I was finished. I checked out and left to get to work. They then called my husband (even though they had my phone number on file) to advise they needed me to come back. My husband called me and since I was just down the street, I came back. At that time they told me that they actually needed to make a mold of both my top and lower teeth. They get the second mold done and I leave AGAIN. An hour or two later my husband goes in for his appointment, where they tell him that they need me to come in yet AGAIN because they broke one of the molds. Once again, never calling me, the patient in question!Ive never gone to a dentists office where they seem so utterly confused with the fact that I cant just pop in at any time of day. I work a 9-5 job and cant just take off work because of their inability to work as a professional dental office. They also seemed confused that I have my own phone number and that my husband isnt my wrangler.My husband and I were completely frustrated with the disrespect for our time and my husband ended up canceling his appointment; letting them know that we would be taking our business elsewhere.Now, a few weeks later, I get a text notification that I have an appointment set for the following Monday morning. Which is completely and absolutely ridiculous. We had already advised them we would no longer be patients and they never called to set an appointment with me. What kind of business sets appointments for ex-patients without their knowledge or consent?I attempt to call them and no one answers the phone. I get sent to a call center and provide my name, number, and birthdate. The call center, which really just sounds like a couple of guys in a garage, asks me if Im sure I gave them the correct birthday, as they have no record of me. I advised that yes, I do in fact know my own birthdate. At this point, they place me on hold and I hang up. I proceed to advise my husband of the next unprofessional situation with this awful dentists office.Since my husband is closer to their office, he heads in AGAIN to let them know that we have canceled our business with them and that they should never call us again. We are DONE with Brident Dental.I have never had to deal with a business that is so utterly and wholly unprofessional. They are overpriced, ridiculously disorganized, and inexperienced. Im honestly shocked to find that they have 4.2 stars.For anyone trying to decide if they should use this office: DONT!Edit/Update as of 11/24/20:The corporate office (western dental) called me a few weeks back to advise that we now owed about $140. I advised that Ill need to see a physical bill before even thinking about paying them another cent. They advised that due to COVID, they arent mailing physical copies, but they could send it through email. Well, the next day I get a coupon/advertisement in the mail from Brident but no email in sight. This only further solidifies my opinion that no one should use this office.Edit/Update as of 04/15/21:Still no itemized bill; have now received a collections bill.

Loved Cayla she was amazing. She made our three hour visit not too bad. With an anxious and bored five year old she her calm and happy.

Ivonne did my X-Rays , she did a good job doing them she was nice and making sure I was doing okay, super sweet , Cayla did my paperwork she was there giving in detail what the paperwork was about so I knew what was on it , Kate was my hygenist , super nice took good care of me . Great Place !

Carla, Vanessa, Ivonne, and Kate are super nice and all of them took me through the steps of my visit smoothly. Dr Patel was friendly and efficient.

So far this place is great. They know how to work with young kids, as mine are 3, 5 and 10, and can get me taken care of as well. I was concerned by the low star rating when our insurance had us come to this location; however, I see no reason to leave. I would encourage others to give this location a shot.

Do not get your braces here. They have staff that is not trained in orthodontics properly making the molds for the braces and retainers and they dont fit properly. My daughter had hers made and ordered and not fit and then done again and the factory they use to ship them was back ordered for weeks.The person doing her retainer fitting had to redo it 3 times and the uppers still dont fit causing her to speak extremely funny and rubs her mouth wrong.Two of the times she got her braces tightened they did it wrong and made one of the teeth in the front on the bottom shoot up higher than the other teeth and looked ridiculous and was hurting her. I had to take her out of school extra times to get these issues fixed.Some people there are great but they have a few that are definitely not skilled enough to be doing what they are doing.

Wait time was a little lengthy but Dr. Patel and the assistant Karina were absolutely wonderful with my extremely highly anxious son!! They were so patient with him and explained things to him so he felt at ease. Thank yall for being wonderful!!Back for a check up and everyone here has been amazing!! Thank you for all you do Ivonne, Yesenia, Cayla and Dr. Patel!!

The office visit was very quick and Ivonne helped me out so much very nice

I had a great first visit with this location. To start off with the girls there are so sweet! Ivonne was so gentle taking my xrays especially since I have a smaller mouth. Dr Patel was very thorough with explaining my diagnosis and cayla was very friendly, helpful, and considerate of my pain. She guided me though the financials as well. Could not have had a better first visit!

The staff (Fatima, Ivonne, Cayla, and Dr. Patel) was very courteous.I am updating my review as of 4/6/21. My daughter goes for orthodontics here. This office has been progressively harder and harder to set up follow up appointments as they will only give you an option for a single day. If it does not work for you, you will have to continue to call back.Also, my daughters bracket, the same one every single time, keeps popping off within 24 hours of getting it put back on.The staff that works there is nice, but because of the recent inflexibility and the fact that we have once waited there four hours for our appointment, I am lowering my rating.
