The place was clean! Surgery can be a stressful thought for a person, maybe even a nightmare but HRMC surgical team really made me feel comfortable. It was my first time having surgery and my greatest fear was conquer with such great staff. Felt like family to be honest with ya! I had a wonderful experience thanks to all you essential employees at HRMC and physicians clinic.

The personnel at the HRMC Physicians Clinic are outstanding. They are professional, helpful, courteous, and easy to work with. I would recommend this clinic to anyone in need of good, professional health care. Kristen Pratt is very thorough and cordial and seems genuinely concerned about my health. I would recommend her to anyone.

I liked Kristin Pratt, her nurse and receptionists in the lobby. I am drawing a blank as to their names at the moment, but do appreciate their friendliness and willingness to help. Very courteous.

Good staff to work with, but registration was a little frustrating. I was doing PT for three different things and I had to register three different times; one for each issue.

Dr Anderson is very kind and professional. The staff is friendly and I didnt have to wait for anything. Great care!

Poor phone answering services.... love Doctor Jesse, but we have a hard time communicating with the receptionist at the desk. The Gal is the translator for the Karen community but has poor skills in answering the phone. We had to turn away from the clinic multiple times to a different clinic. Customer service is a big deal when it comes to health care and the receptionist is the at door. she may need more training.

Staff are friendly and efficient.
