People really just like to complain about any and everything. He performed neck surgery on my daughter after a terrible accident and did a great job!! He was also very nice anytime we ever spoke and he checked up on her through the duration of her hospital stay...up to the day we left. I found his personality to be one of the best of all the doctors that worked with my daughter. Take these other reviews with a grain of salt. A long wait in a doctors office is nothing unusual and really has nothing to do with the quality of work or care.

I visited Spine and Neuro around the end of 2016 and this guy wanted to schedule surgery for me right out of the gate. My MRI was bad but I never got the chance to see it. SMH. According to Tao, my vertebrae were rubbing my spinal cord. I was told, Theres a risk of being paralyzed if you dont have the surgery. I requested to be sent for therapy at Nesin and I was told, The Dr wouldnt tell you you needed surgery, if you didnt. More high pressure... After 4 visits for therapy, I could tell a huge difference. Before therapy, I had headaches and neck aches 4-5 days a week and now, I may have one a month. I have yet to have neck surgery. Ill take my chances elsewhere next time.

Waited 2hrs 15mins just to see this doctor. Only after the same wait time for xrays, and MRI. Dr. Tao finally came in and talked for less than 5 mins and tried to leave two times but I had questions about a bulging disk. In the end he just ordered PT. Ive had two other fusions and my spine surgeon back home was incredible, this guy I will not go back to.

Dr. Tao is fantastic. He is listens and is good at what he does.The girls at the ck in and ck out are very polite.BUT.......I would not even give below a star!Dr. Taos PA is just simple rude!The issue is that you never get in at your schedule appt, normally an 1.5 wait before you are called to see the doctor, the blame would have to go to the Office Manager, patients should be called and told that their appt will be an hr late and dont schedule 7:30 appts when they open the doors at 7:30, that is when the snowball effect starts.

May be good at what they do, the doctors. But very unprofessional, making clients, patients wait endlessly, whether in lobby and then in exam rooms. Ridiculous! Especially when in pain and anxious already.

I went and met Dr Tao today and didnt wait very long and he was very nice and detailed for what was gonna happen for me and honest
