I am a patient at Gleneagles Family Practice, this is the best practice I have been to, The staff are very helpful. I see Brittany Dunscombe and I love her, she is very competent and makes me feel like I am her only patient while I am there. If you are looking for a new Dr. I totally recommend this practice and see Brittany if you can, but I am sure Dr. Carter and the other Practitioners are great. Wenona R.

I had to have a quick doctor appt. because I had a 103 temp and have a 3 week old that nurses. They got me in within an hour and were super sweet and helpful. I absolutely love Crissy and the staff at Dr. Michael Carters office!!! They are very professional and get me in within a reasonable amount of time! Thank you so much! I could not ask for a better Primary Care Physician office!

Dr. Carter and his staff are always very friendly and professional. They were able to work me in to see Dr. Carter today and within less then five minutes from when I arrived I was called back into a room and within about another 5-10 minutes I saw Dr. Carter. They run a very efficient office, but Dr. Carter always takes the time to listen and to answer any questions that I have. I have been a patient with Dr. Carter since he came to GlenEagles and always have had a positive experience with each visit. I highly recommend Dr. Carter to anyone looking for a family doctor.

We are a family of 4 and we all LOVE Dr. Carter and his staff. They are amazing!! We never have to wait. Get in at our appointment time seen and out. We have tried a lot of different Dr. And always waited for 30 min to an hour to just get in a room, so getting in at your appointment time is a big deal to us! The ladies in the lab are the best! No joke they know how to take your blood without digging around for a vain. I hate needles but I don’t mind getting it done with them. We as a family will never go Anywhere else.

Update: Excellent experiences at the office. The wait each time was minimal, the staff all helpful and friendly. The dreaded shot and blood work was painless and quickly over. The only problem was Huntsville Imaging repeatedly bungling a fax. Im giving the office 5 stars. I was treated well and Dr Carter and his staff were all more than willing to go the extra mile. Thank you.

Best dr I’ve ever had and I can’t wait to move back to HSV so I can be a patient again. I moved away last year and my medical care has been severely lacking since. Dr. Carter and his staff are amazing!

I love going to Dr. Carters office. I felt bad h yesterday morning and was seen by late afternoon. I was seen within 5 minutes, waited in room about 5 minutes. I was I and done in about 40 minutes including getting a shot. They also have a App that you can use which keeps up with meds, appts, and you can see your lab results.

After being a patient over 12 years with dr. Michael Carter and his staff Ive enjoyed the experience greatly. The warm greeting an atmosphere is Pleasant roomy and comfortable.

Very thankful for the details in waiting room like face mask, sanitizer, gloves, kleenex. I was able to get a same day appt on a Monday even if it was 5:05 - i was so thankful because i was pretty sure I had the flu. Very efficient and excellent nurse for the best NP ever Brittany. So grateful for the years of care my family has revived the past 23 years.

Dr. Carter and his staff are very professional and caring. They go above and beyond to help you with appointments, medication, and to listen to your medical needs and concerns.

This office is ran by a terrible office manager. She messed up my insurance claims and cost me alot of money. They take offense to the notion that they maid an error. Will terminate you as a patient if you ask them to correct it.

If you take any controlled meds, be prepared to be treated like a junkie at this office.
