First visit with Dr Guthrie went well, took her time talking with me and asked a lot of questions. Was able to get my labs and x-ray done there immediately after the visit.

The office staff from check-in to check-out are awful. They have the personalities of doorknobs. Cant get their mouths open to speak and the old lady in check-out needs to retire. They need to hire all new front staff. Rudest folks I have every met to be in the health care field.

Everyone was great. Dr. Jaleel was very knowledgeable and polite & offered teleheath for next visit because of long drive for me. Only wait time was for bloodwork which was totally acceptable. I would highly recommend dr Jaleel

My experience with Dr. Christie Thomas has been horrible. They have changed my appointment multiple times by sending me a letter instead of calling and asking which day can we change it to. I work and I have to ask for the days off in advance, so by them changing it without asking first is not professional or considerate. The waiting time is an hour or so and then when she comes to the room she just spent not even 5 minutes with me. I’ve asked her about the side effects of a medication she prescribed me and she told me to do the research myself. Next appointment I went, she didn’t even remember that she changed my medication. The only thing she does is look at my knuckles and that’s it. Last time I went, I had questions and she was standing up, like she was telling me hurry up and let her go. This was after I’d waited more than an hour to see her and she only spent with me was 4 minutes with me. She only thinks about $$$. She’s not a Doctor that cares about her patients. Also, she is pressuring me to get the COVID vaccine and asked me why I haven’t gotten it yet. With all due respect that’s my decision. No one can make me do something I don’t feel comfortable with yet.

IT IS NOW AT COLLECTIONS AND THE SUPERVISOR STILL WILL NOT REACH OUT! I WONDER IF THE DOCTORS KNOW THEIR COMPLETE STAFF (BILLING AND FRONT DESK) NEED TO BE REPLACED?!!

Rude staff starting with the office manager on down. Lose paperwork, terrible communication with other providers. Attitude is poor for so called professionals. They do not return calls. Finally wising up and going elsewhere.

Dr.Chen,MD,PhD is a Very understanding Doctor, takes time with you and listens very well thank you Dr.Chen, thanks to Dana and Shirley for going the Extra mile with me and being nice.Now the Mask thing needs to be looked into for ppl that are Allergy to the ones you Guys are given out.I can only wear Cloth 😊👋🙏👍

My wife and I continue to have a horrible experience with Dr. Thomas. After waiting forever, her consults are normally a rushed five minutes with her being unwilling to help or listen or explain anything and saying shell do blood work. She is all about numbers and $$, not the patient at all.Im sure there are better doctors in the practice, but they wont let you switch doctors either so we are stuck with her in Huntsville. Cannot recommend against her enough.Fingers crossed that Vanderbilt has rheumatologists that actually care about their patients.Update: My wife was seen by a rheumatologist at Vanderbilt who immediately diagnosed her with Behcet’s syndrome, a type of vasculitis. The doctor took the time to listen to my wife and look at pictures of her skin that Dr. Thomas would not even consider looking at when asked. She completely dismissed all of her symptoms and told her to see her general practitioner even though her cardiologist, eye doctor, dermatologist, and general practitioner all individually said that she needed to see a rheumatologist. My wife has been a patient of Dr. Thomas’ since 2013 with no treatment or diagnosis. She saw the rheumatologist at Vanderbilt once and now has a diagnosis, has been prescribed medication and a treatment plan. The doctor also said had her Behcet’s syndrome been treated earlier, her symptoms would not have progressed.

I had a good experience at RANA. I did not wait long in the waiting room (was actually taken back to a room before the scheduled apportionment time) and Dr. Thomas was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I left with labs and x-rays done and had a follow up two weeks later to go over the results. I was also referred to a different specialist within those two week. The COVID procedures in the waiting room could be improved (some waiting had taken off their masks and were unfortunately coughing), but with so many patients waiting, this is a difficult challenge for this type of practice.

Overall my experience with Dr. Phillips has been good, when I visit my waiting time is minutes and when I see him, he is very pleasant, he gives me a throughly exam and explain with details about medications and my condition.

My husband was alerted that his appointment rescheduled by letter. He was not consulted or alerted by phone. That’s just shady.

The office staff at this practice is GARBAGE! All the receptionist were extremely rude and looked like they would rather die than be where they currently were. I was overcharged for my visit and when I questioned the excessive payment request I was rudely told that was my only option if I wanted to be seen by the doctor. When my insurance claim was filed and like I knew would happen- I had over payed...I called and requested a refund which required many hoops to jump through. It is a good thing I even called and requested because I was told without a call their would have been no refund and this practice would have just made an extra $80. To make things even more frustrating I never received a call back about my bloodwork and I had to call them to receive my results. If there was any other option I would chose another practice over this one.

I have many medical issues and we were referred to him by my primary and we saw all these negative comments but still gave him a try. We got there and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had with doctors he carefully listened, he cared about my problems, listened to my opinion, he did everything he could in his power to find out what is going on with me

A more indifferent and abrasive office staff is hard for me to recollect. The Dr. couldnt have spent less time with me if she tried. And to think I have tip follow up with this place.

Ive been seeing Dr. Shergy for 13 years now, and would never see anyone else. All of his nurses and staff are wonderful too. Im so thankful for all of them.

Ive been a patient of Dr Phillips since 1987. I wouldnt want to go anywhere else. I have always received a high quality of care by the doctors, nursing staff and administration. Extremely nice facility and convenient parking. Office includes laboratory services.

I waited 7 months for my first appointment, and on the day of my appointment, I waited another 3 hours to see Dr. Chen. I used those months to compile a health diary, included with pictures, dates, and symptoms. During my examination, he did not take the time to look at my pictures or even allow me to finish telling him what I had been experiencing. I waited all that time to have 10-15 minutes. He interrupted me, harshly and quickly examined me physically, said I didn’t look “that tired” and then left the room. He ordered blood work and based on the results- prescribed a vitamin. He never addressed my symptoms or tried to investigate the cause of my issues. I left feeling very defeated and somewhat discarded. I will not be back.

The front office is shamefully inept.

Poor service... HIPPA violations where staff will ask questions in front of other patients, they still will not address the issues that brought me in. The CRNP is the only one who has attempted to assist

I have been a patient at RANA since 2008. I first saw Dr Jesus Hernandez and continued on after he left the practice, with his replacement, Dr K. Chen.The staff is very friendly.The lab collection is onsite and your samples are sent out for analysis by a facility your insurance will accept.I would recommend this office to everyone who wants to be respected and treated professionally.

Waited over an hour for 2nd appointment just to be told by Dr. Chen that I needed to exercise more and gave me the same medication that I’ve been on for 2 years. Still in pain. Should have paid attention to the reviews before going to these quacks. Guess I will just have to live in pain. This doctor is one reason why I hate doctors

Waiting time is crazy you sit and sit. The ladies that handle the insurance is SO RUDE and really dont care what they say to you The ladies that check you in and out are super sweet. The NURSES ARE THE BEST PART THEY ARE FANTASTIC. As for my doctor she hasnt told me nothing about my case yet and Im still in a lot of pain.

Had a Dr appointment with Dr Thomas her staff called to cancel that appointment and make another. They called and canceled that appointment. Then I requested to change Doctors and was sent a letter saying I didnt have a reason to want to change.Call and make another appointment with her. NO. Im going somewhere else.

I have been to quite a few Rheumatologists, and doctors period, and I have to give RANA 5 stars because the people I met are super nice and thoughtful too. Dr. Shergy’s nurse was caring and asked me appropriate questions and got me straight with the doctor...without wasting a bunch of time. Ha, can u believe that I didn’t have to wait for 2 hours to see him?? Dr. Shergy is really great and so smart. He told me that my Hashimotos (Thyroiditis) was probably the cause of my Rheumatoid numbers being high because it’s an autoimmune disorder. I actually learned new information and got referred for bloodwork, water therapy (PT), a bone scan, X-Rays, sleep study, and the Fibro clinic!!! This is a great office to go to if you’re wanting a doctor that knows what to do and can interpret results accurately. He asked questions, did an exam, and interpreted everything to refer me for more testing. Just awesome!!!

Dr. Christie Thomas and staff are amazing. She is very thorough and has been very helpful in my diagnostic process. Autoimmunity and immune related diseases can be very hard to diagnose and it can be incredibly difficult to navigate who to see, for what, and what testing needs to be done, etc. I feel that Dr. Thomas is incredibly knowledgable and has been phenomenal in helping me to reach my diagnosis. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is needing help with getting an accurate diagnosis.

I went into the Hospital with an un-diagnosed condition. Cancer doc, infectious disease doc, another doc. No diagnosis for 8 days. Dr. Phillips came in and said We are going to figure it out and we are going to fix you. He was the only doc to give me any hope of figuring this thing out. Well he did. Very thankful for RANA and the nurses.

They are so well organized and everything moved along in a timely fashion. Dr.Sree is wonderful and truly seemed to care. Tests were ordered and the lab was right there in the office. i was able to go online to my private portal and see all my results. I am completely satisfied with the total experience!

Dr. Sree had nothing to offer and didnt even get minor details in his notes about me correct. I had to send the notes to another doctor. My medical records are still incorrect. Run, run far away.

The office manager is incredibly rude! They overall have a terrible staff and are unprofessional. They dont follow privacy laws either! I will never go there again! I advise you not to either!

Tim Byram is the only reason I continue to go. Kun Chen is a joke he does not listen to your problems and has misdiagnosed almost everything I have had trouble with. He has not ordered any tests in years other than vitamin D. Trying to find a way to get another rheumologist soon.

Tim Bynum, NP is the best! He is by far my favorite person in the office. Hes helped me so much with my Fibromyalgia and genuinely cares.Not 5 stars because overall havent had a great experience with the office staff.

Dont ever ever use doctor phillip Macon at the rhematory arthritis of huntsville.he is the meanest doctor.i came in with extreme foot pain in both feet had a MRI report he literally looked at my MRI three it at me said there is nothing wrong with my feet while Im crying in pain he walks out slams the door well now that he never did anything to help me months later still in pain I see a podatrist after test find out I have a bunch of fractures in my feet and have cast on both feet.if he would have done his job and believed me and ran test I wouldnt be in this bad of shape.and yes I was told it started with having rather in both feet and no one helping me to correct the pain is how I ended up like this.please dont use this doctor he dont care about his patients at all
