The office staff is so rude and unaccomadating. I was literally told on the phone that I couldnt get in for a covid test this week and was told that they literally have thousands of patients so go to an urgent care if you cant wait until next week and hung up on me. Not to mention almost everytime my grandma or I have an appointment they reschedule it. Seem to me that they cant handle their volume of patients and need to scale. Well here are two that going to help them do that. Do not recommend

So I’ve been going here for over a year now, I was seeing Kathryn Limbaugh, but sadly, she left. HOWEVER, there’s a new doctor (Dr. Fennell), and she was amazing! She addressed ALL of my concerns and took the time to sit down and explain things to me. Very kind and patient, definitely recommend this clinic!!!!(:

Friendly, professional staff. I have been seeing a physician here since September 2020 and have never had an issue. I have never had to wait longer than expected and have always had an efficient and helpful experience when calling the office.

I do not know what background issues are going on here but I certainly feel that my current level of care here is inadequate. My primary physician left the practice and the profession (to my knowledge) - unfortunate since she was an excellent dr. I recently went for a physical and felt it was cursory at best, at least I got the blood panels/analysis done. Had some prescription refills at the time, later found out that insurance needed further justification. My pharmacy contacted the drs. office and Ive contacted them twice now. Ive yet to have my calls/questions returned and apparently theyve never contacted my insurance. Called again today (Thursday) at 2:45 and got a message saying they were closed, no explanation why. Im moving out of the area soon or I would definitely find a new dr. and office

They take forever to answer the phones. The people in the office were really nice but when you call you can expect to be on hold for 30+ minutes. I had to sit in the health department for 30-45 minutes on hold just to ask for a fax number. Its really ridiculous and unprofessional that they cant answer the phones in a timely manner.Update: I continue to be unimpressed with this office since weve moved to TN. I filled out a release form to get my sons records from this office (thats why I was calling for the fax number before) and they took almost an entire month to send the records, then to top it off they didnt even send all of his records. They only sent records up to July even though he had shots in September as well, so the lady at the Health Department had to call them herself and tell them to send the rest of the records. I just cant believe how unprofessional this office is, I had literally no issues with them when I was taking my son there but now that weve moved away they have made it so hard for me to get my son the healthcare he needs.

This office many times will not answer their phones. This has happened more than once. Today (a non-holiday Thursday) I called at 1:38pm only to get their answering machine which said office hours were till 5pm with lunch from 12:00 till 1pm. Well it was 1:38pm!I stayed on the line and was connected to their answering service. When asked if the office was closed, the lady with the answering service first told me they were closed for lunch and would be back at 1:15pm. When I pointed out it was 1:38pm, she had me hold and then later came back and said they had rolled over their phone lines for the day and so were indeed closed! Unbelievable!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Marlow for over 20 years, he is the best. The service is always good at this location. As to the person complaining about insurance cards, I have been asked every time to give them my insurance card and drivers license. The phone number did change but it wasnt their fault that forwarding was not provided. People shouldnt bad mouth a good place because of their personal issues.

Dr. Kelly and the nurses here are so kind, courteous and helpful. Everytime Ive came theyve taken to time to get to know me as well as get me in and out as far as possible. Would highly recommend this place!

This office is the most unprofessional or negligent office . My wife has called the office for prescription refills with enough time to not be without her prescription.They say give them 48 hours to make it happen. That sounds reasonable enough, but the last four times it has taken at least 4 days. She will be finding a new doctor. Please if you are dependent on medication then dont consider this office.

I thought i will give it a try, despise all the bad reviews about how long you will be on hold when you call... Well, I have been waiting today, right now as i type for 20 minutes, then when i thought someone pick up, i was sent to another track music, to wait more... LOL all I want to know is if they are accepting new patients... i think i should pass this place. sorry! the waiting is true.

I rarely have to visit in person because I just call in my prescriptions so I havent been in months. Apparently their system had updated and they no longer had my insurance on file. I will say on my part I was not prepared and did not anticipate having to provide it so I expressed some frustration, BUT my major issue was that when I sighed and started asking some questions the receptionist Mary Partain cut her eyes over at the other receptionist as if I was the one being out of line. I have visited the office five or six times and have never had to show my insurance card- the reason I know this for fact because she didnt believe me is because I lost my card and havent had a physical card for over a year because I dont go anywhere else. I did not appreciate the way she made it seem as if I was the one being inconvenienced when yall are the ones that changed systems.

Cited number is disconnected. It was irresponsible of HH not to have a forwarding message for at least several months. It appears people were using this clinic just a few months ago.
