Lady at the front desk is very rude and has a major attitude. I cant ever get a response to messages left and have to come to the office to get someone to talk to me. If I could go nack in time i would save myself alot of money pain and time and just go somewhere else. Ive had nothing but problems since my surgery.

My son was referred there to have an issue taken care of by another physician the lady up front is hateful and wants to be so nosy that you can’t even talk to her. Asks me who was with my son like it’s any of her business like I’m incompetent This was a wasted medicinal appointment for the same medicine he’s already been given before ridiculous!!

Full disclosure, I just read the reviews for Dr. Clark and had I read them prior to my surgery I probably would have gone a different route. I did not read them and the consultation, scheduling, pre-op registration, surgery and recovery was a 5 star experience. However, the woman that called to schedule my procedure was absolutely horrible....rude, bossy, nasty and 0 tact. Because of her, and the fact that they schedule 2 surgeries at the exact same time (meaning if youre scheduled for surgery at 12PM and you are not 1st, they wont actually get started with you until 2 or 3 hours later, although youve already been in your gown since 12PM) I gave them a very high 3.

I had surgery and three weeks later was in worse shape than before. I called the office to discuss my issue and the nurse was rude and not compassionate at all. I have had nothing but WORSE PROBLEMS since my surgery with Dr. Clark. I have established with a much more caring physician and team at Vanderbilt. Do not waste your time here!!

Do not go to this office. If you get sick at last minute, and have to cancel, they will charge you. And the lady that is in scheduling, is rude and not understanding at all. I should have went in anyway, got sick there, spreading the stomach bug virus I have . Maybe then they wouldnt have charged me. But, thats not what decent people do.

There are no zero stars, so I had to choose one!!Dr. Clark did not prescribe medication for my symptoms and I ended up in the ER. He refused to give me the medication that I told him had helped me in the past....as a result, I developed a severe intestinal infection. Incompetent!!!

On 01/03/2019 I went to see Dr Clark. He decided he wouldn’t check me today I needed a colonoscopy it had been 4 years. I got in immediately to have one for tomorrow 01/10/2019. The surgery center called to tell me I had to pay 238 up front which I do not have. I called dr clarks office and Alice returned my call. She was extremely rude to me. Alice let me tell you I have had my rectum pulled and and recreate with 2 hands in my rectum I assure you I don’t get excited to have one done. I don’t understand how I got one so quick in the office and now get put off until feb because I didn’t have money for copay and the surgery center called me late yesterday now because they called later I have to pay $50 to dr Clark’s office. Alice was snappy didn’t me a chance to talk I guess maybe she hasn’t had cancer and know the fears I have with the mucus and pain in my side. I pray it isn’t cancer or someone will be hearing more from me for getting rude because I didn’t have the 238 dollars. I love dr Clark and the rest of his staff. I miss Buffie.

Very courteous and professional staff and doctor everyone in the office is pleasant to speak with and they are very attentive to their clientele dr. Clark is a wonderful physician and surgeon recommend very highly
