I saw Dr. Raby, very courteous people. I read the reviews, but decided to give them a chance because my primary recommended them. She did solve my issue. The reason I gave 1 star, is because she performed allergy testing. Well it turns out allergy testing is extremely expensive, $646.00 -my portion. I believe it would have been a professional step to advise the patient of the cost of the tests. Hopefully , this critique can be used as a learning tool for future patients.

The few times I have been there I have never left in under 2 hours. My last experience made me never want to come back. Had lab work and a breathing test done. Was there to discuss my results and got a nurse rather than the doctor which is fine but she INSISTED the doctor never ordered blood work or breathing tests and proceeded to argue with me for over an hour about how they never ordered/never received any tests. I held my ground and kept asking her to go check and WHAT DO YOU KNOW? She found the results by checking the doctors box.

Clean, efficient, and professional staff

I brought my daughter here and they did alot of testing. For whatever reason, AllKids didnt cover everything. We had a balance. I paid some on it and intended to pay the rest. We fell behind. I sent a payment and they said they didnt receive it. Ends up, they sent it to collections and kicked my daughter out of the practice. Be aware that if you fall behind on payments, they might work with you for a short time. Then they send your account to collections. IF they do that, they charge a 35% fee. Just wanted everyone to be aware this is how things are handled here. Im not mad, just very disappointed.

This place is awful. My daughters appointment was at 1:00 we arrived at 12:30 didnt see the Dr. till 2:00She comes and says she will let her take the allergy test after it has already been determined by her Pcm and dermatologist. She has a skin disorder and we are trying to find her triggers. After waiting another 30minutes for the test. It is now 3:00 I ask how much longer is it going to be I have been here since 12:30 they pretend to look on the computer after they finish their conversation. Still no answer I repeat what is the ETA on the time the test is going to start. This nurse? Yells to another nurse are you getting the stuff for room number 2 she says yes. The first thing they do is give her a breathing treatment. I repeat she has a skin condition the nurse says the dr. wants to see if she breathes better with or without albuterol. Then she finally begins the tests. Of course at 4:30 she has to have another breathing treatment to see if albuterol helps he breathing. I repeat we are here for a skin disorder. At 5:05 they come in and say the Dr. left because she had an appointment. 2 nurses come and say she needs an epi pen oh she gave her aqua? The cheap pen and she says oh she gave you this because its cheaper she leaves and not even five minutes later says she did give you the epi pen one. This place is a mess I wish I had reviewed it before I went. It was as another patient said If you would t to waste hours of your life go here.

My 6 year old daughter has been dealing with food allergies since she was under 2 years old. They have been patient and kind with her every year. This year I was late to our original appt and they still worked us in. Also, she finally outgrew one of her allergies enough to do in an house food test. The oral test did not go well but hey helped comfort and soothe her. Then when she freaked out about the skin prick test and at my request, they gave us the space and time to calm her down and reassure her. They let her know she did not have to do anything she didnt want to do and gave us all the time in the world to let her make that call. The whole staff was very kind and understanding and amazing. Adults can be so quick to discount childrens feelings and want to rush to get things done in time that is convenient for adults. They respected her and us and I definitely reccomend them!!
