Dr. Kubik is a good doctor but her front desk person is quite nasty. What a shame. Bad interactions with her all 3 times so she wasn’t just having a bad day the first time. I won’t go back and you can’t really get through to a person and it takes forever to get in then she’s the gate keeper as it were and you can’t get to anyone but her. And she’s not pleasant.

Dr. Kubic is truly one of the best drs I have every had. It took me months to get to see her but once I did I felt so much better. She ran tests found a few things not looking for and corrected those issues also. I felt she was definitely going to find out why I was in so much pain and she did. Finally after 4 years a dr who cared enough to look thoroughly for the problem and solved it. I was and still am in such awe of her. I really like Dr Kubic and her Staff. I was blessed to have found her, thank you dr Kubic.

It’s worth the wait to get an appointment with Dr Kubik! She and her staff are very professional and thorough in evaluating and diagnosing illness. I had severe incontinence and she did a procedure that cured it.

Very impressed with Dr Kubik and her entire staff. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. In one visit, she was able to diagnose and treat a problem I have had for months. While it is true you have to wait a long time for an appointment that is because she is in such demand. I am so thankful to have found her.

I rarely write a review like this. In a nutshell, I waited months to see Dr. Kubik. Finally got in, spent 3 1/2 hours there, most of the time waiting. The assistant was friendly but rushed. The two exams I had there that day were hurried and extremely rough, one leaving me in tears. I was to have a prescription called in to my pharmacy. That was almost two weeks ago. I left a message last week. Still waiting for them to call it in. No one ever answers the phone. Called at 10 this morning and got a recording that said they were closed for lunch from 12 to 1 and to call back during regular business hours. Really dont think Ill go back for the follow-up. Note: Have called several times today and still get the lunch recording.

Dr. Kubik seems pleasant, but has no idea what she is doing. She constantly runs several hours late. I called the after hours number several times when a surgery complication happened. She never responded and I had to go to ER. ER doctor tried to call her and she still didnt respond to the emergency. ER doctor and nurses couldnt believe she left her patient in danger. Dont put yourself in this situation. Go elsewhere.

Dr. Kubik has been life changing for me. The amount of knowledge she has is astounding. Dr. Kubik fixed things that until I saw her, I didnt know could be fixed. When it came time for, what i like to call my overhaul, she and Stephanie took great care of me. Not only during my operation but during the post op period as well. I found it very comforting that Stephanie assists her with all of her procedures. I knew exactly whos hands were taking part of my operation and that reassured me even more that i would be well taken care of. Dr. Kubiks office staff is absolutely wonderful. They are very kind and respectful. The office is well lit and very clean. Ive seen several complaints about wait times... yes, it takes a few months to get in with her but thats because shes good and in high demand. Yes, you have to wait a little while when youre there but what no one else has said is how much time she spends in the room with them doing their exam, explaining the diagnosis as well as explaining the treatment options to them. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Kubik, Stephanie and her staff. I would and do recommend her to anyone in needs of her talent and skills. I wish I would have seen her yeas ago. I have nothing but love and respect for this office of wonderful ladies.

Reading the reviews stating her office is slow to respond is shocking to me. I was referred to her after a 5 day hospital stay for a deep kidney infection. She diagnosed with IC- never heard of it before that visit. I had to wait a few months for my first appointment and that all I’ve waited.The staff is friendly, concerned, and very responsive. I can call in with symptoms and they schedule a work-in for that day! I have been treated so well by all staff and doctors.As far as pain from a procedure or visit...there is no way to not feel some pain when you’re in pain. Pressure on the body causes more pain. As far as a catheter catch or stint installation, they never feel good and if you don’t relax- you’re going to hurt worse.I feel these negative reviews of Dr Kubik and her staff are unfair. I’ve been to the office MANY times and have always been treated extremely well.If you have chronic bladder and kidney infections, please consider her office. The stint installations are a miracle for those of us who suffer chronic cystitis.As far as the wait, I have never waited more than 30 mins for my appointment. You will have to wait for your first appointment (I did.)

Dr Kubik is a very knowledgeable Dr. She shows much concern for her patients She is one of the best, I highly recommend her and her Nurse practitioner,the staff is very friendly and the practice is very well run....I wouldnt go anywhere else....cleanest office I have ever visited , imaculate !!!!! ❤

Dr. Kubik is the best doctor I have ever had to treat my Interstitial Cystitis (IC). After being treated by five previous doctors, Dr. Kubik was the only one who prescribed therapy & treatment that actually worked. She is a very pleasant person and confident in her practice. Was treated horribly when I told her what our insurance was. She is a provider in our network but the office staff was very rude when I called and wouldnt schedule me. They said they would call me back in a few weeks because they had other patients that needed to be scheduled first. I wont be waiting for a call that Im sure will never be made.
