I went for one problem & got treated for several parts of my leg. Electrical stimulations & cracked my back. Spent like 3-4 hours there. They said my insurance will cover it & only had to pay the copay. Months later they billed the insurance for $15k plus (not a joke) & my portion $1200 plus. That is CRAZY, just because I have insurance 🙈🙈 Then he wanted me to go 3 times a week. Im glad I never went back.Carefull do your research first.

My recent experience will be the reason I never return. I had an appointment at 11 & after waiting about 30 minutes (not a big deal), was taken to a room where I had five minutes of basic measurements & was told someone would be back immediately to start treatment. After waiting another 30 minutes, a staff member escorted me to a lukewarm hallway ‘hot seat,’ next to four people who were called before me. The ‘hot seat’ assembly line were glorified uncomfortable folding cheap seats with heated pads offering a wonderful experience matching that of sitting in a dead parked car with the windows rolled up in a Texas parking lot. After waiting 45 minutes, none of us having moved on, & no one bothering to communicate with me, I asked the receptionist for some basic update & was told that it would be at least two hours before I could receive treatment. While this is a specialist office & not a fast food drive-thru, there’s no hiding the assembly line of overbooked patients. Patients should not be expected to wait Hours if not a majority of their day because the office is pushing numbers & money. You would stand a better chance of getting treated for a headache at the local ER than coming here.

Extremely disappointed in the service. Very unprofessional, never felt welcomed, and the doctor kept me waiting for 2 hours only to be told there’s still one person in front of me when there wasn’t anyone on the lobby waiting. Granted, it’s none of my business what happens behind closed doors, so there could have been people already in other offices waiting like I was. But no one ever told me it would take so long. Actually I had the lady who had already apologized for the delay that now he would be even more delayed (as a surprise to her) and there would be one more person he needed to see before me.So I wonder, why not say something? Why not communicate and say, hey, you might be here for another 2 hours is that ok?Time is critical nowadays and communication is key, but this place completely slipped when it came to serving the thing they advertise they do

I like Dr. Pruski. He is personable and knows what he is doing when it comes to adjustments. However, you will wait a long time to be seen and then a long time to see Dr. Pruski. I like that they offer massages but every time I go, I end up waiting for at least 30 minutes before being seen so my hour massage turns into about an hour and 45 minute ordeal. When I go to get adjusted I will always be there for at least an hour and 45 minutes but its usually closer to 2 hours.

Waited 45 min past my appt time to even get in a room. Then finally got in a room. At an hr and 20 min, the assistant came in and said the dr would be in in a little bit. When I asked how long that would be, he answered well do you have anywhere to be? If a patient is that late to an appt, we get our appts cancelled and a fee charged. Id rather drive the hr and a half back to my old chiropractor to have great patient care and customer service than to give this office another chance. So I left with a lot of frustration and the pain I was already having.

Dr. Pruski and his staff have provided nothing but the best of service every time I’ve visited over the past 14 years. They are always very friendly and prompt from the time of arriving to seeing and working on me.My schedule can be a little crazy at times and hard to get in during normal business hours. In fact, this past weekend Dr. Pruski met me on his time during office closed hours just to help me with an issue I’ve been struggling with. They have all of the top equipment and really proficient at making sure they are relieving pain/helping injuries heal up faster. All around a great place, highly recommended!

After 6 years of pain management, I have gotten more if not better results in one month at this office. The treatment Ive received, I would highly recommend. I wish I could give zero stars. Two times now my mother has been to this office. The first time she waited 30 minutes past her appointment time to be taken back, this time it was 45 minutes. Her appointment was at 1130. At 1 Pruski finally walked in the room and send SIX FREAKING MINUTES in the room with her. Are you KIDDING ME?!?! I’m it sure what kind of unprofessional people at working there, but if you can’t figure it how to do your appointments in the time you a lot them, then redo the freaking schedule. It is absolutely disgusting to make a patient wait an hour and a half to see a doctor and then spend six minutes with them. People take off of work to come to the office and have their appointments, stop wasting their time.

When I first came to Dr.Pruski. I was dealing with chronic neck and back pain. My back would go out for weeks and the burning in my neck was unbearable. I was miserable. I had surgeons saying I needed spinal fusion and neck surgery offering pain pills and spinal shots. I wanted a different and safer alternative. I love the Dr. and all of his staff for showing me a different and better way to better mobility as well as hope for a better future which I had lost. I do and have recommended Dr.Pruski to my friends and family. Here I have been given a plan and a path with treatment and therapies to a better tomorrow. I have a long way to go but with this team by my side I am improving and have hope for the future where before there was none. Thank you and your staff Dr.Pruski.

The technician was really kind and made me feel special even though the day I went it was busy. The doctor really improved my back pain after a fender bender I had the week before. The staff was more than accommodating to my needs and answered any questions I had.

I am traveling thru town and called for an adjustment today. The call was promptly answered and an appointment was made for this afternoon. I was warmly greeted, There was minimal wait due to other patients being taken care of. I was pleased to meet the kind doctor who performed a great adjustment. I feel so much better. The doctor is good. He has various modalities to help and seems very sincere in wanting your best.New review: staff seems to have now been focused and structured do that there is a job assignment for each and they no longer need to bicker about what they would do if they were in charge.Old review: Staff in front always bickering about how the office should run or whether a coworker did her job (“she was playing candy crush” and “didn’t do her filing” etc., “well now she is telling us to do this” ).The music speakers throughout the entire office and waiting rooms blares an obnoxious stream of music from the 70s while you are in a room for hours waiting for the doctor. It is more like a party bar atmosphere in the hallway than a professional office. I want to keep going back but frustrating situation.

I find Dr. Pruski very personable and caring about his patients. He keeps current on medical therapy. He has a staff that works well as a team of very caring individuals. I highly recommend his practice.I am a retired nurse. I have been receiving therapy for nerve problems in my back and feet. I have found that the regenerative therapy over the last several months has made a significant change. It had really given me some relief.There are several ways it had improved my walk of life. My nights rest has improved. I had difficulty in driving in traffic, stop lights, and any kind of inclines. I am now less dependent on family to get around. After using the machines at Dr. Pruskis office for 2 months, I have had 80% improvement in my hand. Prior to coming here, I was unable to open my hand. I am now able to use my hand for work and daily activities. The staff makes me feel welcomed at anytime. This office is unlike any other doctors office, it is very social and comforting.

Ive been seeing Dr. Pruski for a long time. I have been dealing recently with an increase of dizziness and lack of balance. Some of the newer treatments that we have been doing have helped with my dizziness and balance. I have noticed a difference in my abilities at home. The Pulse machine specifically has helped with my dizziness. His adjustments have helped the pain in my back.

Dr Pruski is sweet and so was his staff. I didnt finish the appointment due to being there for 3hrs. I dont and can not be somewhere that long.So looks like Im not ment to have a chiropractor in this town. He was highly recommend too.Also the office needs to tell someone before hand that they have to pay extra for supplies. I could have brought my own pads. Since I have a unit at home. Now Im paid into pads that will never be used again. I just dont feel like going somewhere I have to wait so long. So sad and disappointing.

I have worked for several chiropractors and been to several more as a patient. Dr. Pruski is the best chiropractor I have been to. Hes very caring, and truly listens to what you say and feel. He is not gimmicky, trying to sell you overpriced hoopla, but instead tries to find alternative, less expensive ways to bring you the best treatment. He also does not try to bleed as many appointments out of you he can, as most chiropractors do; he wants you healed/fixed and out of pain. He creates a specialized program just for you and your situation, not just a general fix all program that most chiropractors use. Even with knowing all I know about chiropractors, I was amazed at how well and quickly he treated my pain and how hard he worked to fix it.

I have been to many chiropractors in my lifetime due to moving with my job. Dr. Pruski is very professional and genuinely interested in helping you feel better in your whole health. He is a great Chiropractor. He is thorough in adjusting you to relieve pain and discomfort.

I will not come back in this clinic because they dont respect your time and all they want is for you to pay on top of your insurance share. I hope they can treat their patients time as valuable as their time. This clinic might have my $50 but thats the last!!! I spent an hour waiting for the therapist to get the instructions on which machine to use and waited for another 30mins to be adjusted. After total of 2 hours in his office I Couldnt wait anymore and walked away without being adjusted and was charged $50!!!! I paid $50 for them wasting my 2 hours! Dr. Pruski is a good Chiropractor but I think it is not fair wasting peoples time waiting when you have an appointment and you are on time.

Dr. Pruski always does a wonderful job at adjusting my spine. He walks me through the process every time to ensure that I am comfortable. Overall, he is an amazing chiropractor.
