I have been seeing Dr. Jess for a couple months. I have to say she is one of the best Chiropractors I have been to. She was very cautious at getting updated radiology reports before treatment. I’m glad she did because I discovered I had some more serious issues on my cervical spine than I knew. I was in serious pain when I first came and shortly after my adjustment my swelling went down.She also has a massage therapist in the office and she is amazing!!! I’ve gone twice now for that and 90 min massages help with my tension.She goes above and beyond for her patients. I needed assistance with a VA claim and she reviewed previous records to current for me. She truly loves what she does and it shows.You won’t find a better chiropractor.

Dr. Jess and her team are amazing. After a recent rib injury, I made an appointment with Dr. Jess. A smiling staff member took me back for the consultation with Dr. Jess and she did my adjustment the same day. The relief was immediate. Im so thankful for Cove Chiropractic.

I have been coming to see Dr. Jess since I moved to Huntsville. I love and enjoy the whole team, and there’s no way that i would go anywhere else unless Cove decided to shut their doors. There is a review about covid on here, and being whiny about it. Ignore it. It’s not their responsibility to give you a “safe place,” but they will wear a mask if you ask them to make you feel safer. Ive been doing the decompression protocol for a herniated disc that Ive had going in 12 years. I did not know this is what I had until I came here.As smart as doctors are, no one ever did an x-ray of my lower back, much less any other part of my back.I went to a sports medicine doctor who diagnosed me with a grade 1 tear on my hamstring. So I did physical therapy for that and took strong anti-inflammatories.I then went again and a orthopedic doctor got annoyed with me when trying to describe the nerve pain I was having in my left leg. He was less than kind and referred me to a neurologist.This fellow was nice and recommended an MRI of my left knee thinking I had a tear in it.The MRI 4,000 dollars later revealed a knee with little more than a bit of arthritis normal for my age.So with no further instructions for recovery, I sought the help of Dr. Jess.She immediately did an x-ray which revealed the issues with my spine. Of course without an MRI, no one can say with 100% certainty I have a herniated disc, but it is with 90% accuracy or so they can say it.We had my uncle in law confirm as much who is a neuro and back surgeon. Now he didnt think a chiropractor was the answer, but doctors and chiropractors have a predictable relationship...Ive done almost all 25 of my sessions now. When I first went in, I was getting to the point where it was painful to even exist. I did not want to live some days with the pain I was having.I am not healed by any means but I feel SO, SO much better.I am working out my upper body now and pursuing things I thought I wouldnt be able to do again. I am smart enough to know surgeries are over diagnosed. Our medical world is riddled with doctors who want to perform surgeries. People are having to get artificial hips and knees replaced within their life times now. This is because they are having it done too young.I cannot say a chiropractor is the answer for you. I can say that at least I want to live now. I am not in unbearable pain. I can function.Maybe I will have to get surgery at some point. I dont know. The fact of the matter is that right now I dont have to. My insurance sucks. I could afford this. I cannot afford surgery.Make your own decision, but hopefully this helps someone.As for the staff and the place of business, it is wonderful. I love the people and the space. Dr. Jess is so positive along with Victoria. Their spirits will lift you up. They arent annoying though. It doesnt seem artificial.If you read this far, Im sorry for making this so long. Twelve years is a long time. Too long.

She quickly identified the issue and established a plan of care, and I had immediate improvement in symptoms. Things my chiropractic adjustment taught me this morning:1) The things we get used to carrying around can affect us more than we know. There’s a lot to be said for walking tall.2) Sometimes you have to go through a little pain to fix the bigger problem.3) Communication is key. No one can fix something they don’t know about, & one “you’re not gonna like me for a few minutes” makes a big difference.4) Don’t fight the thing that’s trying to make you better. It hurts more in the process & sets you back.5) A little noise is nothing to fear.

I have been a patient of Dr.Jess since 2017 and since then I have felt an incredible change in my physical health. She really knows what she is doing with adjustments and therapeutic care. She also specializes in dry needling as well as kinesiology tape. The staff is also amazing! They really make coming to the doctor and fun and enjoyable experience. Dr. Jess has helped me tremendously over the last year with lower back and neck issues. I also recently had a radial head fracture that left me unable to completely straighten my arm without a lot of pain in my elbow. I was released by my Orthopedic doctor with not much hope of regaining range of motion without a lot of pain. After one treatment session on my arm with Dr. Jess, the sharp pain is gone and I am able to straighten my arm further. Dr. Jess and her staff are great and really make you feel welcome!
