I went to have my eyebrows cleaned up. I did NOT want them uneven. One eyebrow is higher than the other and it was an obvious mistake. While I was in the chair I heard someone else come in and she started rushing. It was like she was just trying to get me out the chair and collect money. I will never be returning due to lack of care and skill.

My experience with the woman there was absolutely wonderful she’s very professional nice respectful and always does an amazing job....however it never fails when I go that she always has to deal with some extremely rude and disrespectful customers and sad thing is a lot of them are returning customers she does not deserve to be talked to or treated the way she is it’s mind blowing that she puts up with it! I will continue to go to her because she is very polite and does outstanding work

Really bad service, lady came in and said sit, didnt ask what i wanted or anything just told me to sit and wait. When she started doing them she was very aggressive with the threading and pinched my skin really hard. I DO NOT recommend this place, especially because she really make my eyebrows thin and they aren’t even for 15$ this is not something i would like for other. again not recommended

My eyebrows were uneven and one looked like it wasn’t even finished, the end was a mess and not sharp. Once I noticed they were uneven I didn’t say anything and just paid I wasn’t going to let her touch my eyebrows again.

I haven’t been to this place in awhile. I decided to try them out again. When I went it was a guy. I’ve never had a guy to do my eyebrows. He was threading really hair and he done my eyebrows extremely thin! Oh yea he over charged me. Never again!

I love the microderm facial! It removes the blackheads and leaves my face so silky and hydrated. About to start doing them monthly! I also tried eyebrow tinting and it was sooo nice. My brows are so thin that I dont have any but the tint looks wonderful!

Before she started I specifically told her to keep my eyebrows THICK and to just clean them up. Apparently this was difficult for her to understand because she proceeded to take off my whole eyebrow. Not only did she not do what I requested, one of my eyebrows was much thicker than the other after she arched them and then she offered to “fix” it by making them even which would essentially make my eyebrows much thinner than I wanted. I have been growing my eyebrows out for months to get them at my desired thickness for her to just make them thin again. I am thoroughly disappointed and I will not be returning.

I took a picture of my brows before I went inside. Before she started I explained to her that I didn’t want them thinner, just a clean up.After she finished they was thinner and I was unsatisfied. I said to her I asked you not to thin them out and proceed with the picture. Her respond was this must have been another day they are very full. I said no this was today this right before I walked in.

She picked that lip up off the floor when the man that works there viewed the camera. I will never ever ever ever go back!!!!!!!! Listen to the reviews, they aren’t lying!*** Apology accepted, but I still will never return and will discourage others from coming. You never accuse anyone of anything your not 100 percent of. Especially in a loud, and public manner like I was. It was embarrassing and inexcusable!

In spite of the reviews, I said let me me try it. The lady did a good job. I won’t say great as I’m accustomed to getting my eyebrows done well in VA. Just missed that 1 star for the customer service portion i.e. letting me take a look after completing one brow to see if I like it. Also asking about the service after. Customer service goes a long way.

The eyelashes that I purchased elsewhere is what I opted to use. However, she trimmed one of the eyelashes after gluing them on. Im not quite sure WHY?Once she was finished I looked in the mirror of course and discovered that the lashes had not been applied properly. Therefore she added individual lashes to fill where she obviously messed up.Well after getting home and evaluating my lashes further I noticed that indeed she had cut my right lash significantly and if shes honest she knows that she messed my lashes up. Therefore, I will be back in her place of business tomorrow for her to fix it or give me a refund.

I like this place this is actually the only place I come to but the guy that works in there from time to time need a little more practice this is the 2nd time he has done my lashes and one has started to come off before the weekend is over I just got them done Friday I tried calling today but I just notice they were closed

I got my lashes done and 2 hours later half of the lashes on my on my left side came off... It was busy and her doing my lashes was rushed...

Horrible horrible horrible horrible. Specifically told the man do not make my eyebrows thin. He made my right eyebrow so thin it looked like I drew it on with a stick pencil. I left in tears. HE STILL MADE ME PAY AFTER I GOT OUT OF MY SEAT AND TOLD HIM THAT IS NOT HOW I WANTED THEM. would NOT recommend and especially do not let the man touch your brows. Beware he WILL mess the completely up. I am so upset over this experience I will not be returning.

So many things wrong with this place! Dirty and unprofessional top the list. The woman’s didnt greet me and preferred to get back to business on her phone ASAP. She hit my eye with the thread 3xs. Don’t go here! When I asked her to remove hair from beneath the brow she acted like she couldn’t see and was annoyed. When she hit my eye again I demanded for her to stop and left.

Horrible customer service. She was on the phone THE ENTIRE TIME. No greeting at the door. Didnt ask what I wanted. She only said three things to me hold please,hold please and thank you she didnt even tell me how much it was she just took my card. Im glad I dont live here. And Ive been getting my eyebrows done for 10 years and others have always use aloe vera or antiseptic after they were done.she used LOTION..SUAVE.

Not consistent. Sometimes they do a good job sometimes they do a bad job.If the guy is the only one there, run!!!! He will mess up lashes, eyebrows, tint ect. 🙅

I have had bad experience here. She went up three times on her prices. I caught her when i took a look at my old receipts. Rip off and she totally denied it. Not the best in eyelashes niether. Stay on point if you decide to go

I love love love this place ! My old place didn’t do my eyebrows the way I like because they are so thin , so I decided to try this place . I get mines wax & Nally does them & I must say she does them perfect lol . My arch & everything looks soooooo good 😩 I want to try the threading but I’m scary cat lol . This is my new & only place I will get my eyebrows done at from now on ! Prices are great too 😊 & customer service is always great ! I will definitely keep you guys updated when I try the other services 😜❤️ thanks girl !

Loved the way my eyebrows came out

Not a pleasant experience with the man who did my lip threading. He was very slow and it felt like he was pulling them out slowly one by one with tweezers. He also missed a lot of spots.Also I think he was the only person there.I should have made him fix/finish but it was so slow and agonizing that I just paid and left.

I went to get my lashes done. Lots of glue was packed on I had to remove them the same night because of how uncomfortable it was.

They cost for lunch from 2-3 and only have a 4 hour shift

I asked for the lady to clean up my eyebrows without an arch. What does she do? Thins them out WITH an arch. Plus, her customer service was terrible.

Worst place to get your eyebrows done I went there to get my eyebrows cleaned up the other day and she took my whole eyebrow off literally Just telling people not to go here at all it is not worth it definitely a waste of money she used to be good but when she doesn’t feel like doing it she will really mess you up and I was very upset I called several of times but no answer but definitely want be going there anymore 😠
