I enjoyed my session but was very disappointed with my lashes I started losing them a couple days after getting them done especially on the right eye . I was on vacation when they started falling out so I ended up with one eye very few lashes and the other eye still was full. I called to speak with the manager and was told wothshe was in a meeting. Sad to say I still havent heard from her. Spent to much money for them to not last and its bad business ethics not to return a customer phone call

I’m giving 2 stars because the staff was so lovely and welcoming, genuinely enjoyed every person I interacted with here but my lashes fell off faster than Ive ever seen before. The service was quick and gentle. However, I’ve been getting my lashes done for 5 years by the same person(I moved so had to leave her, heartbreakingly) and my lashes stayed on and looked great and full for 3 weeks for half the price with her.I went to this location for the first time last week and my lashes are already 95% gone. I know how to care for lashes and give them the longest life possible, I’m not new at this. For over $100 (with tip) these are the worst lashes I’ve ever had on. A week has passed and one eye is completely bare already. I’m so sad because I wanted to love this place but I’m so disappointed. Again the staff was amazing and for other services I’m sure this place is fantastic. But don’t get lashes done here. Overpriced and they’re not worth the cost for a week. Just buy strip lashes.

If you purchase a package one is for 2 times and 1 is for 1 time per month. Now when you check out the cashier says can I make your 2 week appointment and if your not paying attention and you do 1 a month then she messes with your account and puts more money in their pockets. They should look at your plan and ask from what you have . I ended up having it done 2 weeks twice which is something I never do. They also ask for your money even if you are on a plan that with draws automatically. I think this is under handed and not very professional. So I have canceled my next appointment and maybe my membership I love Randy but I don’t like the way this is going . The word retired!

10/10 would not recommend. Went the 1st time and lashes in left eye fell out in days. Went back and had to pay another $30 for a touch up service and correction. The manager did them this time and you could see the clumps of glue and they were pointing in different directions in the corner and the end. She said this was due to my eyelashes growing that way, lashes coming out days later proved this not to be the case. If I wanted bad lashes, Id pay 40 for bad lashes; I paid the price because I wanted good lashes for my wedding. So glad I tested them before hand and did not get the subscription they so badly wanted to sell me.

Place very clean,Great customer service. Waste of 80$. I would have rather paid full price than to be “LashLess”. Only last literary 2 days falling out left n right. And not to mention didn’t wash my face no makeup on what so ever. The stylist told me I had oily skin which I disagree. All my makeup is matte due to I have dry/normal skin. I should have rolled down my window and let 80$ fly in the wind. Upset,disappointed would of came out better spending 99cents and buying strips. Just a total waste of money during this time of the pandemic so so sad

I enjoyed my experience the young lady Carolyn was awesome she explained everything very thorough. She was delightful during my session and answered all my questions I ask. I will return and gladly recommend this studio to anyone interested in getting lashes.

They have awesome people like Libby who have been apart of the team since it opened! They not only care about the client, they go above and beyond to make sure YOU are taken care of!

Awesome experience! Liked it so much I decided to join the plan for monthly visits. My eyelashes are long and pretty and super comfortable. The space is clean and comfy and the individual suite where the lashes are applied was nice. The young lady (Carolyn) who applied my lashes was friendly and super skilled!

While the staff was sweet enough, I’m not sure why I spent the time to explain what I wanted when the technician just did what she wanted to anyway. It frustrates me to spend that much money on something and not get what I asked for. Why take the time to have the consultation at the beginning? I’ve been wearing lashes for two years but she decided she wanted to do something different than what I asked for. This is for an occasion that will never be repeated. And I’m not sure why I bothered.

I get my lashes refilled here once a month and I’m always getting compliments on them. The staff are super sweet and the atmosphere during the procedure is so comforting that I usually fall asleep. It’s the perfect 1 hour break in the day and my lashes always look fabulous for weeks after.

Customer Service is awesome, has a very modern but Zen like vibe. My lashes looked amazing . Definitely recommend to anyone. Price is well worth it!!!!

Btoh times I have been here they have given me something other than what I asked for. I am leaving here now looking like a clown because she gave me lashes that are too thick for what I wanted. Also there is a beeping that went on for 2 hours. I am never going here again.

The atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. I’ve never been disappointed in the results. The stylists really listen to what you’re looking for in your lash results. Nicki and Aubrey have done amazing every time!

Lots of the lashes fall out the very next day after my appointment. 2 days later and I already have gaps in my lashes. My refill lashes are no where near my lash line. They are not concerned about what you want or would like, just your money. Im disappointed. No way these techs are Certified lash technitions. The manager even talked badly about customers from the very next room I was in. Unprofessional. Dont waste your money here at Bob Wallace Amazing Lash Studio.

I love my lashes! This was a first time experience for me, and I was a model for Aubrey Turner.. and I have now officially been going back for 4 months now, I just cant get enough, they make me feel so pretty!! Def recommend to anyone, Aubrey was soooo professional and answered any questions I had and she can always work with me and my busy schedule.

The first time I had my lashes done, it was at an in-home boutique so I didnt have anything to compare to. My experience at Amazing Lash was luxurious in comparison. It was completely painless, comfortable, and accommodating. The consultant was amazing and great at her job!

The lashes are OK but if you don’t make enjoying their membership it’s $250 to get lashes every time even if you want them for special occasions they want you to join their membership which is $100 a month and that’s BS. And they’re not customer friendly at all because if you don’t join the membership they don’t want to work with you or help you

Most of my lashes are falling off within one week. Sometimes I even loose as may as 15 or so in one day. I dont wear any type of makeup or anything. So far not very impressed at all with the service that I have been receiving.
