I walked in and wasnt greeted in any way. The ! person working didnt even look up and the one in the office eating got up and very quickly and entered the bathroom, not to be seen again in the 20 minutes I was there. Another customer entered, wasnt greeted and had to ask about a sign in sheet or how he got in line to have his hair cut.... THAT got a greeting and a sit down we will get to you... more than i had received. It was when some time later that a family entered and were GREETED that I decided I was going to another place, meanwhile one of the children of the family, in obvious need tried to use the bathroom, but alas it was occupied after a full 20 minutes that I observed.... this is a poorly run place that doesnt appreciate or even bother to treat their customers with common courtesy... So if you enjoy such treatment, enjoy your haircut, but you will not see me there. it has one start because it says I must.....

Despite the price listed as $10 on the window, I was charged $15. The lady who cut my hair did an OK job but I still need to go somewhere else to get faded. Im too young for an old lady hair cut.

Lisa is the owner and she is amazing. A real hands on owner. Connie is my stylist and having traveled the state extensively, I feel qualified to rank her as the very best Flat Top stylist in the state.You have to understand that because of the short sculpted nature of the Flat Top there is zero margin for error. If the cut gets botched then the only thing that will fix it is wearing a hat for 2 to 3 weeks!She is the only one I will trust to do it EXACTLY right.The prices can not be beat.

Great haircut for $10 plus a student discount, a little pricey on coloring. A single color starts out at $50 which I think is too much when I can go elsewhere and get crazy things done for $30. Other than that the cut was good, the lady helped me pick it because I had no idea what to do but was definitely rushed a little.

I brought my daughter here for her first hair cut and she walked away with lice. During her appt. her stylist, Bryanna, decided she put too much oil in her hands so she applied it to her own hair and then back to my childs. Overall, Bryanna, despite her sweet disposition, seemed very inexperienced and had much difficulty cutting/styling a basic bob. I went back after discovering the lice and was informed the manager/owner, Lisa, was not in. I was given her personal number and when I tried to call it was ignored which I later found out (by Lisa) that this was because she was on the phone with her employees, I can only assume getting their stories straight. When she did call me back I found that her customer service was more than lacking. She dominated the call and I actually had to ask for a chance to speak. She told me she would speak with her stylists and call me back the next day. I never got a phone call back. She claims the stylist that did my daughters hair had called but I had no missed calls or voicemails. She told me over and over that the lice could not have possible come from them, despite the fact that my daughter had not been anywhere else. She told me theres not anything she can do to fix it and when I told her I would like a refund for the treatment I had to buy (total $54, 2 boxes of treatment lots with spray for furniture and carseats, tea tree oil, and tea tree oil shampoo as deterrents) she called me a liar that theres no way it couldve cost that much because the treatment is only $7. When I tried to explain that there are 3 of us in the house (and everyone was treated as a precaution) and I had to treat the furniture and car she again would not let me talk. I did raise my voice this time because I was midsentence when she cut me off and she proceeded to get louder before yelling that she does not have to talk to me and hung up on me. My call was not answered when I tried to call back to finish our conversation. I will be filling a complaint with the state being that lice is SUCH a big deal. All in all this was a NIGHTMARE experience and I would not recommend my worst enemy to this horrid place. Not only was it unsanitary (lice) but the owner herself (Lisa) has the customer service abilities of a hyena.

This is a hair salon in name only. I went there for a root retouch and a trim. My hair is now streaked with brassy yellow highlights and is gapped up to the point that all I can do is either be patient and let it grow out or get even more cut off to even it out. The owner was smoking in the supply room next to the shampoo bowls and the floors were filthy. I had an appointment with a different stylist but I ended up with a kid, Madison, who while very sweet, doesnt know color and obviously doesnt know how to cut hair either. If you want a buzz cut or gapped hair, this is the place for you. Otherwise avoid this place at all costs. If I could give Tangles a minus 5 stars I would.
