I walked in and they were able to take me right away, which was very convenient, although next time Ill be sure to schedule an appointment. Priscilla was friendly, listened to what I wanted, and got me in and out in about 30 minutes. It was just a basic cut, but I struggle with communicating exactly what I want to stylists and none of them really put me at ease. Priscilla kept me talking and made me feel so comfortable, she gave me exactly what I asked for (and had envisioned), and she asked questions about how I style my hair, the product I use, etc. to ensure that she got the look just right. I cant recommend her or Salon 8 enough!

This salon is by far one of the best in the Huntsville/Madison area! The staff is very friendly while maintaining a high level of professionalism.The work stations are always clean and seems prepared just for me.My daughter and I been here several times to get hair dye and high/low lights as well as cuts. I have never been disappointed. They also have dyed my daughters eyebrows and did an wonderful job. I know that when I leave I will always be very pleased with the hair style and color I leave with.I believe anyone going here will have a great experience.

Dakota is the best stylist around! Extreamly sweet! And she does great hair. Mens fades and womens color. Even does dreads on all ethnicities! Been going to her for 8 years now!

We have been going to Salon 8 for years! My daughter who was very young at the time we discovered the salon, had long, thick, very unmanageable hair. Alice suggested a straight perm and it was such a beautiful change for my daughter. I actually cried when I saw how wonderful it looked. My family trusts Alice with our hair and she always does a great job. We just would not ever want to go anywhere else. We have also had Karen cut our hair and she is wonderful too. It is a rare thing to find a salon that you can trust and love. My kids and I think of Salon 8 as family and we highly recommend them.

I got a straight perm 7 months ago. Karen used a cheap product which has damaged my hair. Still doing deep conditioning to repair the damaged hair. When i called her to ask what should I be doing since she is the reason my hair was damaged. she did not have an answer or remedy. She should not be working as a hair dresser. Her customer service sucks.
