I have had such a great experience working with West Pharmacy and their very kind and accommodating staff. They were very helpful and aided me in working out medications for our clients of our long term care facility. I have experienced great communication every month when refills are prepared. They were able to contact doctors for refills and move over prescriptions from other pharmacies. We really admire their bubble packs and ability to organize and prepare our client’s medications.

I love this store:) No long line like major pharmacies plus they were so nice and helpful. We could use more shops like this for sure, highly recommended:)

I have been sending my patients there for many years and they have never, ever made a single mistake unlike the chain pharmacies which practice assembly-line like processing of prescriptions. We caught live-threatening errors on several patients prescriptions and quickly switched them over to West Pharmacy. They are one of the last family-owned pharmacies left and treat their customers like family. They do automatic refills and keep on top of the doctors if the doctor is slow to refill your prescription. When my husband switched to Medicare, the preferred pharmacy was Walmart. After making mistakes 3 months in a row, he went back to West Pharmacy. When I went on Medicare, I chose a Drug plan that they belonged to. They did all the pre-authorizations ahead of time. We have been going there over 35 years. They own West Drug in Westminster. Just tell them Dr. Deerfield sent you and see how they treat you like family. Occasionally, my husband’s prescriptions cost slightly more (only slightly) but peace of mind knowing he will get the right medication is worth it.

I have been trying to contact this pharmacy for over two months!!! I have tried to cancel my prescription for that long and just received another InstaKeto package!!! STOP!!! DO NOT want any InstaKeto because it does not work!!!I have tried calling your phone number and NO ONE has ever picked up!!! I will be sending two months back and expect a full refund or I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau!!! Thank you for taking care of this matter!!!

Avoid this place at all costs, they are unethical and predatory. I went in two days ago to get masks for my family as required by our current stay at home orders. They are knowingly price gouging their customers for them. I purchased 3 disposable surgical masks each for $3. When I asked what the regular price was the manager told me that they were about $9 or 10 for an entire box. When I informed her what the store was doing was illegal price gouging all she said was that she knew.It takes a special kind of immorality to prey on your community members during a time of crisis. I did report them to the proper agency and I urge anyone else that has been gouged by them to do the same.

Employee helped with sizing for a wrist brace. Ended up being to big. Policy is final sales. Will not exchange. Might want to look at Walmart before purchasing as some items are sold there and can easily exchange. This item was $25 at West Pharmacy and $16 at Walmart.

West Pharmacy, 18601 Beach Blvd., Huntington Beach. Shame on you charging 9.00 for a paper bag containing 3 paper masks. Obviously taken from a box of masks! Price Gouging. How horrible at this time.

They tricked my grandma into spending $200 on a walker thats selling for $50ish everywhere else. They refuse to return it even though its only been 2 days and still completely unused. Its sick that a place is preying on the elderly who dont know that they are paying 4x what they should.

Came to purchase a shower chair for elderly mom. Several to choose from - pricing was reasonable for medical equipment.Compare to CVS, RITE AID, etc.Clerk at counter did warn us that there is NO RETURNS, so pick wisely.

I had an ankle surgery and I wasent given a leg cast protector. So I called them and they said they had a regular adult leg cast shower protector for around $25.00. I sent my friend to go get it for me. He came home with a FULL LEG cast protector. I had just called them and they said they had the standard one in stock. WHY would anyone buy or use a full leg at nag when they only needed one that went to the knee. It was also $29.99 plus tax Not to mention that I should have purchased it from Amazon for $15.97. So my friend went back to exchange or refund it. THEY REFUSED ! They sold us the wrong item and then refused to fix it. There is NO VISABLE SIGN about no exchanges and the sales slip you received after your sale says all sales are final. Please DO NOT support this business when they refused to fix their mistake. Disgraceful service zero return policy worse is the way they treat you. Over a $20 item they just lost a regular spending $200 a month go figure.
