Went to pick up medication. At least 3 customers in line with no mask and one cashier had hers down to her upper lip with nose hanging out. Way to protect your customers.

Placing disabled person’s health at risk!! While we were shopping there for cosmetics and prescription eyewear, my girlfriend‘s disabled, elderly mother needed to use the restroom right away. The clerk refused to let us use the restroom, the reason was because of “Covid-19”. I said that’s nonsense, and they couldn’t defend this excuse. I don’t understand how locking up restrooms makes it safer for the customer (considering this is not a CDC recommendation and most other places have open restrooms). At worst they should make an exception when you have a disabled elderly person who needs to go right away. As a result they sent us away before we finished shopping, and went across the street to Target. The restrooms are open. If it was indeed a “Covid 19” safety concern, why can one store leave the restrooms open but the other one does not? They certainly lost sales today from us, and I’m very reluctant to ever want to go back to this CVS store again.

What an terrible experience! They promised to help me find a coupon code for my prescription, but never called back on whether they could do it or not. Then when I called to follow-up, I was on hold for 30 mins before someone picked up and told me they couldnt help me. They told me to call back later when someone else gets in. I decided to take my prescription somewhere else, and they wouldnt give me the doctors original note back. They said once its filed in their system, they cant give back. Bad service and broken system made it one of the worst pharmacy Ive been to.

Terrible Pharmacy. They NEVER answer the phone and their is NO refill recording. So unprofessional!!!!
