Our situation was a little unique, my husband was hired in orange county, we came from Nevada we were supposed to sublet from someone had it all lined up and then that person backed out leaving us without a home. They refused to help because our crisis originated in Nevada, they seemed to be focused on us not being from here even though that is not listed anywhere on there page the compassion they advertise understanding etc, seemed to be lost on us not being natives even though we qualify based on what is listed on the website, even though we are a family that is now homeless in orange county that can not afford move in cost, even though there are literally no other programs out there that can help because we do have income,we will loose our rental we approved for and remain homeless with 4 children but I guess we deserve it because we arent from here

Its really sad and pathetic that a person has to meet certain guidelines in order to receive help. My family and I are homeless. My husband, 2 month old son, 5year old daughter and myself. We have applied multiple times and each time we got denied. This company says there here to help but how. Its just sad. How far do we have to go to get help? Who do I contact?

Wonderful people! I have only donated to them, but they are doing an amazing job to make a difference in a problem few people want to even acknowledge.

This company claims to help homeless families to get them off the street so far I have yet to seeing them get one family off the streets in 2018 four families are referred to them each of them got denied who were truly homeless I as well got denied due to the fact that I did no longer had a document from 3 months ago the lady Jennifer is very rude shes unkind shes not helping at all she doesnt refer you to anything or have any resources that maybe can help you once the decision is final thats it whos ever donated money to them just stop theyre not helping the homeless theyre getting in your business asking you all these questions just to deny you and say you dont qualify they dont have anyone that you can speak with they dont have anyone that can help take over when a person is being rude to you this company needs to stop theyre stealing money from the true homeless people who needs help and theyre here to help but not helping
