Dr Ayoub is a very detailed physician. Regardless of what is going on he takes the time to listen to every and any concerns that are going on. It is difficult to find a physician who genuinely cares for his patients and during a time of illness he makes you feel at ease. The staff is extremely friendly and the doctor is constantly following up to assure that the current treatments are working well and health conditions are improving. I would gladly refer him to anyone I know so they work alongside a physician they trust!

Office supervisor poorly trained. She couldnt explain, nor did she have the patience to explain mandatory paperwork particularly a certain agreement form she said all patients had to sign.Supposedly, it had to be signed before you could be seen by the doctor. After politely asking again, with an attitude, she gave me a completely inaccurate description of what this form was about.Then, she gave me attitude again, pointing at the form and said, you need to read it. Then, she began showing me disconcern by handling someone elses paperwork. I felt completely disrespected and walked out of that place.Office personnel should be trained to explain mandatory paperwork.Also, it was a 6 week wait time and a long drive to see this doctor just to receive poor customer service. A complete waist of time. Dont go!

Dr. Ayoub is one of the greatest doctors. I came to Dr. Ayoub office several time because I had a severe condition. Many doctors gave up on me, but Dr. Ayoub was so helpful. During my appointment with him, he was so caring and always did his best to help me in my condition. He has great knowledge and he is a hard worker. Thankfully, through his help, I am getting much better!!!!

This review is based on our experience of visit this office for my Dad. Dr Ayoub might have good medical knowledge, but the way his office works is set him to fale. His staffs are the worst that you can see in Orange County or nation. They do not have any courtesy. If you need a authorization it will take their office 2 weeks to provide you one. He prescribe CT scan and after you have done with it he will tell you he wanted to consult with your cardiologist!My sister needed to talk to doctor regarding an issue and it took me more than 10 calls to his office and it took more than a week for an urgent matter to get a hold of his opinion on the phone. Not his fault but ...He himself does not show any enthusiast and eagerness for patient and his job. He looks so tired or so slow. He doesnt give you the feeling that he cares about patient. If you forget to ask about a test, he wont mention it.His staffs constantly make mistakes and they are very unorganized. If they received a test result they do not put it in your folder for doctor to see that. In one section he has to ask the assistant 2 times to get him test result and X-ray result; this is all after We had the print of west cost radiology result on our hand but doctor assistant did not realized her job is to put all received result in patient folder. To be honest I have never seen such a thing in any doctor office.To be honest if any of my employee would have worked like his staffs, I would have terminated their service. Lots of good medical assistant, nurse and admin are out there that can be hired.At the end I would like to add that all of the mistakes happened constantly and regularly. Any thing I mentioned has been repeated, which make it hard to ignore or consider them result of a busy day.

Although Dr. Ayoub seems knowledgeable, I have had mostly negative experiences with this office. My first time there took six hours for a 15 minute appointment to let me know they have to reschedual because they are too busy-and I am not exaggerating. You can imagine how wonderful this experience was for the other patients while my 3 year old was bored out of his mind. I brought a dvd player it died, the phone died, crayons and stickers only last so far. Luckily the other patients were understanding. The second time I payed for a sitter which is expensive be for a single mom paying for a babysitter during my only three hour visit plus the traffic time headed back north. Third time was with a breathing tech and he had me in and out quickly maybe 45 minutes max. Fourth visit with the Doctor and he told me the test I needed they do but it wasnt worth his time and money because he makes little profit preforming the test (for asthma) and he also referred me to a throat specialist. A month and a half later still no referral and two weeks of calling the receptionist and being on hold for 10-25 minutes to be told I would get a call later. Never received a call back. In the mean time I have no clue why I cant breath and my health is not worth his time. This lets me know he is not in it for the patients but for the money. Nurses seem caring but I feel like my breathing issues are invasive to this office. Unfortunately this office is all my insurance approves of...

Very professional staff and doctor regardless of the fact that Dr Ayoub works night shifts too maintaining his time and effort for his patients at his office. Extremely satisfied with Dr Ayoub, highly recommended.

I also appreciate the help of all your staff and services.To the other patients that have had some bad experiences, I would like to mention to you all that Dr. Ayoub is at Fountain Valley Emergency over night for at least three to four nights a weeks then he comes in after working a 12hour shift to take good care of his office patients. His hard work and staff dedication is truly appreciated.The reason of many different of PAs is that he help and supports many medical college students for future medical field.Ive been a patient of Dr. Ayoub for past four years and he has saved my life in many different ways.Thank you again Dr. Ayoub and your staff for your support and able to help me with medical conditions.Best Regards,Jack Abajian
