Dr. Sohail and her assistant are good. But the front desk lady is rude and she lies in every word. I has been prescribed for referral and medicine 2 weeks ago! I am still waiting for the treatment! When I call, I get lies or she is blocking my number. This is not appropriate.

I was referred to this place by a friend, I wanted to schedule an appointment for a 95 year old new patient with medicare we were so sick of dealing with bad doctors and bad office staff that took forever to get anything done. I heard great things about this doctor so I attempted to reach the office and schedule an appointment twice..the first time the office staff was yawning as she was saying hello she was very rude so I tried a different day and the same thing she was even more rude and I could tell that it would just be a headache trying to deal with the office. She said they had no openings until the following week, but my friend told me it is usually easy to get a same day appointment or at least an appointment the next day which is not the case I had. Its unfortunate because the person who referred me said great things about the doctor but if they dont have the staff to back them up then I dont want to have to deal with the headache making sure the office staff is actually doing their job I dont want to have to do their job for them and then to get attitude on top of it, no thanks! I will be telling me friend about the experience I had so they can stop referring people there.

It would be a great place if she treated her employees better. Bad for business.

I felt after I saw Ellies comment I need to say something. Dr. Sohail is an amazing doctor. Ive not had a problem getting into see her. I believe the week you were trying to get in she was out the office because I also tried to get in. She is human and also needs time away from the office. I cant say Ive had a problem with the staff either. Summer has been pleasant every time Ive called. Before I was an actual patient when I called she knew who I was and very helpful. Im glad I found Dr. Sohail she really cares for her patients and follows through. I recommend Dr. Sohail if you are in need of a doctor.
