She is so patient, caring and thorough. She made sure we addressed all my concerns and that I understood what needed to be done. She made sure to answer all my questions. I feel like I have a partner in making sure I stay healthy.

Dr. Catherine Gentemann is one of the best doctor out there. She’s very patient and very professional. She patiently listen to all of my concerns and answer all of my questions. I feel that other doctors rush through with their patient but she always took her time. She’s also very knowledgeable in her practice. She’s also my husband doctor. My husband was under a lot of pain, he was seeing several specialist, when he was taken to the hospital from work. We went to see Dr. Gentemann for a follow up after being discharged, she was the only doctor that could pinpoint the pain and give in the right medication. She is one good doctor 👩‍⚕️!

Dr. Gentemann is very thorough and patient, taking time to make sure I have told her of all my concerns and symptoms, irrespective of whether she considers they are connected to the problem for which I am seeing her that day. That conveys to me that she is truly interested in my total health and wellbeing, including any underlying issues, not just wanting to give me a “quick fix” with no follow up. Such qualities are rare these days when many physicians are so stressed out that they don’t seem to be really listening!

Dr Gentemann is very kind and listened to my concerns. Her bed side manner is excellent! She makes sure you understand her instructions.I like that she greets you with a smile and is always making eye contact.

Acted like I was wasting her time, and she showed no interest or sympathy for my health concerns.Didnt assist me with ANY of my health concerns. She was degrading towards my health concerns. How anyone rated her 5 stars is extremely bizarre because she accomplished nothing for my health.

I first met Dr. Gentemann almost three years ago when I was diagnosed with shingles....she was amazing in helping me as not only is it painful but so much anxiety and she had a calming effect on me and I credit her with getting me through such an awful time. Awful . I work in the industry and and have never been so upset with an office like this before. My wife has been suffering from a very bad cough and was trying to get in to see our dr but could not so our office got her an appointment to see dr g, my wife was giving the wrong address and ended up being about 20 mins late mind you she drove about 35 miles to get there and can you believe they turned her away for being late even with the severe cough she had. I just can’t believe or even understand how a dr’s office could be so heartless .. I will never again trust this office and will be sure to tell my story to every medical group as well as the DOI!!!
