My 90 year old mother with dementia needed a caregiver over the holiday week in December. Ada was very good with her assessment and scheduled three different caregivers. They were all good to exceptional. When I had to make an u expected schedule change for a doctors appointment, the office staff was quick to accommodate. Fairly expensive, but had a very good experience with this company. I would recommend them.

Comfort Keepers were able to come on the same day we called them to assess my mothers needs and to initiate care the next day. They were professional, timely, helpful and flexible. Employees need to be fully veted and trained before they are assigned clients.During orientation I was told numerous times that they were not in it for the money in addition, I was told that I would be shadowing for a few days. This was not the case as they were hard up to find a caregiver for two of their clients and assigned them to me knowing that I had limited experience, the background check including the drug test were not completed nor my driving record verified.
