My husband had three strokes and his legs have deteriorated drastically. We want to nominate Buffy Voorheis as Caregiver of the year 2020. She always treats my husband with so much respect. She has so much integrity and is very professional. That is the utmost importance during this Covid crisis. Her workload has expanded and she never complains. We are lucky to have her.

Finding a quality caregiver for your aging parent is a difficult process. You will have to work through a number of caregivers until you find the right fit, that is a given and a frustrating part of the process. CareWorks is very accommodating and open to discussing what your needs are and they work tirelessly to find the right caregiver for your needs.After a few caregivers that didnt quite work out (just because my parents needed a certain type personality) Careworks provided an angel who fit with my parents beautifully. My mom has since passed and our caregiver continues to work with my father with such compassion and understanding and has helped him in his transition to be without his wife of 60+ years.Her communication with me, as the point person, in his care has been outstanding and I trust her implicitly which is of the utmost importance when coordinating care for a parent who lives far away.Careworks is a very caring agency who does their very best to make finding and working with a caregiver the best possible experience.
