I see why this place has 2 stars. The store staff have horrible customer service, including the pharmacy. My name was called quite awhile ago but my mother and I are still waiting as they restock paper bags and office supplies and other take calls 🤷‍♂️ Just food for thought, having a dedicated line for pickups that people can breeze through after theyve already been in the walgreens and been shopping. Ive spent money. Im done shopping but the pharmacy staff keep me here longer 😂 this place is a joke. Dont come here for your meds or shots. FR.

Even if theres nobody in line they will still make you wait to pick up your prescriptions. I dont know if theyre understaffed or they dont care but they will make you wait regardless

Photo Staff very rude. I dont think she even got costumer service training. I took my passport photos there but the girl who took them did not even try to look for a good angle or lighting, nothing, it was right on my face. I asked a couple of questions to see if she could maybe do it differently and every answer was so rude. I paid for them but I wont even use them. I will have to go to a good photo place where they actually know how to take pictures. I have done printings there and those are good but I will never go for important pictures to be taken at Walgreens.

I have had non stop problems with this pharmacy. I don’t go often, but when I do, they manage to mess it up. They have misfilled prescriptions on multiple occasions including one for my sons ear infection. Always a bonus with a screaming one year old. Lines are terrible and the staff is extremely rude. I once asked if they had any leftover covid shots and I was treated like I was asking for their extra opioid pills. Avoid at all costs!!! The drive through option is not worth it!

Low inventory, pharmacy staff are rude. Will never go there again!!!

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this pharmacy. EVERY MONTH they have trouble finding my prescription and I end up having to contact my doctor to resend it, every single month. They dont have time to answer phones. They will give you a time frame for when your script will be ready and I will show up hours after the time frame only to be told to come in an hour. And the staff is unapologetic and act like you are wasting their time.

Very rude and incompetent pharmacy staff. Go flip the burgers if you dont want to deal with people or learn some manners.Update : went inside too. The staff inside is just as horrible as the pharmacy.They are out of every basic thing and the staff wont even help you.

I hate this Walgreens.one time they accused me of stealing and i did not steal anything.seriously I was SOOO freaking embarrassed and angry that I just walked right out of the store and I was going to buy the stuff I had in my cart!!!I wont ever shop here again.

Worse service ever, I sent the prescription twice electronic and my medical record showed it was delivered. I called and was on hold for 12 minutes for the pharmacist Jill K, very rude who took the Rx verbally when I asked her to direct the patient to get vitamin C she abruptly responded its over the counter and hang up on me. 24 hours later and the patient went twice to the pharmacy and still she did not fill the prescription for the antibiotics urgently needed. I give up on Walgreens. No excuses and Jill should learn some customer service. Dr Bar

The pharmacist Lea Sandoval wants to be a Doctor she should get another job. I dropped off script was there for 1hour and 30 mins. Wants my diagnosis had that faxed in less than 2 mins, still waiting shes trying to do too much. I even said call the Doctor she will give you my diagnosis, she got an attitude with me. Told me to come back in a hour Im not trying to be outside unless its necessary. I can guarantee Im not the first or the last to have had issues with this woman. Lea Sandoval find a new job. Tired

So today I went to pickup my medicatios (drive through) after I left the window I noticed that one medication is missing. I called asking about it, the tech. Said they wont have it till tomorrow. I told her I am traveling tonight and I dont have enough till I got back.She said, WE ARE so busy right now I will see what I can do for you.I asked her what do you mean by busy? I need help here can you please check another locations so I go and pickup my medication?She said yea I cant do this while you are on the phone. Screaming at me and she hung up the phone.So she cant put me on hold to check and she couldnt check the computer because she is on the phone with me. What a great pharmacy!!!!!

Rude!!! Rude!!! Rude!!! I had to call 3 separate times, for 1 prescription and my Dr. sent it electronically. I am going out of town and was told that I could pick it up after midnight, but needed to call at 11:30.That was my 2nd call. 3rd call, at 11:30, I was told that I was misinformed and that I shouldnt have been told this. I was told that as a courtesy, they will fill it this 1 time after midnight, but that I better not come b4 12:30, or it will NOT be ready or filled for me. Why do they have a 24hr pharmacy if you cant request your prescription to be filled after midnight??? Now I will have to call at 12:30, to make sure it was filled. I wanted to be on the road by midnight, but because of poor customer service, my trip is delayed. Do not have your prescriptions sent to this location!!! They do not care about patients.

I always like the service here. Maybe not the staff or the stock but definitely the service. The employees always try to be helpful and polite.

I have the flu unable to get my pkg from fed ex. Spoke with one of the employees and he said no problem just send Fed label to my husband and in txt write he has my permission. I did, my husband gets there and mgr refused. This is the worst service. I hope he losses his job. Foreigner anyway. Could barely umderstand him

The people in the pharmacy are very nice and very helpful. Always a pleasant experience. Also, everytime I enter the store the cashier always greets me - also very friendly.

The overnight male pharmacist was extremely kind and helpful to me despite a somewhat controversial purchase. He remained transparent and (at least acted) nonjudgemental.

Pharmacy techs are difficult to understand, aloof and unhelpful. CVS is much nicer

Completely incompetent! I have been coming to this pharmacy for as long as I can remember. Over the last 5 years there has been a decline in competence and service.-Called around 1 to make sure my prescription was ready... yep. This was after waiting on hold for more than 30 minutes.-Arrived at 4:15 to pick it up. Waited in drive through for 45 minutes because there was not a stationary person attending the drive thru window.-No, your script isn’t ready. Can you come inside? SERIOUSLY!!! No!!! I am sick!!! That is why I have waited in a 45 minute drive-thru line dumb assess!!!-And this is how everyone gets sick because of really incompetent people like this.🤦🏼‍♀️Never again! Today was my last time.

Theyre always extremely understaffed at the pharmacy. Doesnt seem to matter when I go or call. Sometimes at 2am Ill have to wait in line for 20 mins to pickup a prescription. Sometimes I have to wait on hold for thirty minutes. They need to hire more pharmacists. Its ridiculousEdit: been on hold for 40 minutes to speak to someone this place sucks

Selection at this location always seems to be less than other locations. Great staff here though. Usually very friendly.

Friendly staff every time I have been in. Which is 2 or 3 times a month over the past year. The shelves are always stocked fairly good. The staff however friendly doesnt seem to pay too much attention to theft in the store. I cant even begin to count the amount of times Ive seen people take stuff and just walk out.

I consistently have problems with my one prescrition. The pharmacist Kate said she will send a message to my doctor and she doesnt. It shouldnt take 2 days to fill a prescription. Also they give insulin syringes to heroin addicts. They dont check them. This location has used syringes in the parking lot every time I go there. Im changing pharmacies

I went there with a CII prescription and they refused to fill it. (I am from LA, I live like 45 minutes away). They lied to me saying it is a policy not to fill CII Rx if it is out of the area. I told them I needed it for my sister who is going to have a surgery that day and still they dont care. I had to go to 5 different pharmacies to fill in this prescription. it was so frustrating. I dont understand why pharmacists are so paranoid to fill such prescriptions. If pharmacists fail to serve us and meet our needs, why even bother and become a pharmacist!!!

This store doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Don’t advertise that you have an item if you don’t have it!!! You even advertised that you had it on sale at buy 1 get 1 50% off!!! When I got to the store the manager looked at me like I was an idiot saying that they don’t even sell that product!! Never shopping at Walgreens again!!

The pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have came here in the past two months there has been an issue that has taken at least a full week to resolve; they apparently had to run a pre auth twice because the first time the woman said she did but lied. The staff are lazy and unreliable and never know what they are doing. Theyve lost coupons Ive given them, lied, and never see an issue all the way through.
