Ridiculously inefficient. Don’t go needing to urinate urgently you may have to wait 1.5 to 2 hours. Use other locations, recommend Irvine.

Very kind and efficient personnel. I set my appointment online the last time I went, and I just wait to be served only 2 minutes. I would recommend this lab service.

Grace handled my concerns and questions very professionally. Her work ethic is efficient and seamless. She made my experience a good one and it is much appreciated.

Even with an appointment theres a wait. The wait here can sometimes be compared to the DMV. If you can have your lab work done with your doctor, you should do so. This location moved upstairs now, so people who have a difficult time with stairs should consider a different location.

I have had nothing but excellent service at Quest on Main Street, Huntington Beach. In the past, Ive had bad luck with nurses and doctors not finding my veins to take blood from, but Quest has always been able to get my blood. Definitely recommend this site.

This was a better experience than any Quest I’ve been to! I’m a hard draw due to a lot of scar tissue from over the years. I let Avis know (she was the one who was drawing my blood) and before I could even finish she was done! She was amazing and I will request her every time I go!

Very professional, efficient and courteous. Very impressed with Grace at 18800 Main Street, Huntington Beach. It is a much better location and better employees since they moved to the second floor.

Rude workers. Website says they allow walk-ins even though appointments are encouraged... but they don’t. They simply say “oh, well, I guess we never updated the website.”

I am not sure how experiences can vary so widely; are these people paid to rate facilities low? I have come to this lab for years and have NEVER waited more than half an hour -without an appointment! The staff is professional and courteous. What more is expected?

For a place with so much foot traffic at 5 am, their signage is poor. There are three suites named Quest Diagnostics. The correct one is out sight, causing me to wait at the wrong one for 10 minutes. Otherwise, their service was reasonably fast for walk-in.

PRINT OUT YOUR APPOINTMENT if you have made an appointment online, print it out and give them a copy of the webpage. We made an appointment on their website, but they did not have a record of it.TELL THEM YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT when you check in. Otherwise you will be a walk-in person and have to wait.BE PREPARED TO WAIT If its busy it seems like you have to wait even if you have an appointment. The appointment time does not mean you will get in exactly at that time. If you dont have an appointment it can take a while depending on how many lab techs are working that day.BRING DOCUMENTS they need your state issued ID and your insurance cards. A photocopy will not suffice.We go there because its convenient. They have been doing a lot to clean it up. Sometimes its busy. Be sure to bring a book or magazine.

Had a great experience here, staff is kind, and friendly I was seen quick without an appointment showed up about 1:15 before they closed and it was a ghost town in there!

I’m a walk-in and I signed in, got called for my paperwork almost 40 minutes ago! I’ve watched walk-ins, that arrived after me, get called back! I asked the young lady at the front about and she says that everyone called before me. I’m looking at the screen and I get my name came off the list as soon As my paper work was done. I’m still sitting her. This facility is very poorly managed! I won’t be back to this location and I’m share with any that wants to know.

Pretty long wait for walk-ins. Staff not very interested in moving people through. Moral low and un friendly.

I went to quest diagnostics in Huntington Beach on main street to get a blood test. I received a phone message later in the afternoon to return the call. When I try to return the call it was impossible to talk to a person. If you dont want to make an appointment, cancel an appointment, get your test results, good luck talking to a person! Why would someone in the office leave you a phone message saying to call back knowing perfectly well that you cannot call back and talk to anyone!

These ladies are good. Superb teamwork. I was literally in and out in 5 minutes (Paperwork and blood withdrawal). I highly recommend. Gentle, fast, polite.

TIP- CALL BEFOREHAND to confirm if you need to be fasting. The phlebotomist told me after she drew my blood that the test results would probably mean nothing because I had eaten breakfast and I was supposed to be fasting. But no one told me that and it was nowhere in my appointment details. Based on what I overheard in the waiting room I am not the only one who had this confusion.A little hard to find off Main Street entrance, no obvious signs in the parking lot or in the building complex itself. Waiting room felt cold, bare, and uninviting. Add some fake flowers or health/fitness posters or something. Staff was nice but not loquacious.

Awful! Theres nobody at the window to even help you check in or figure out how the computerized check in works. The line was forever, I had to wait for over an hour for a simple blood draw! Unacceptable!

Good for walk-ins early in the morning when they open. Parking lot entrance on Delaware, not Main

Since they’ve changed their location (Upstairs 206) they got the worst employees and the system that they’ve intergrated is slower and does not save time. I’m writing this as I’ve been waiting more than an hour to get my blood drawn and I’m FASTING. I’ve been coming to this location for years, and I have to say I will not come back. Worst location, worst employees and worst experience ever.

Get in early wait is not bad.

Just make sure you have an appointment. If you dont, get one. Walking in will only get you a 1-2 hour wait.

Trying to ask a question and there is no way to get through to a person. Its all automated with no way to talk to anyone. Very stressful.

Horrible, horrible, horrible!! Waited over an hour, to hear 5 appointments are ahead of me. Skinny Hispanic causes pain and could care less🖤
