I checked the Quest website, so I could get an idea of which one had the lowest wait-time and go to that particular location. The site here had the lowest time, which stated 8 min wait. What a joke!! I waited 2 hours to get my blood withdrawn. I kept checking the site to see if there was a big increase in time but nope, 8-2 minutes. Someone in leadership needs to evaluate how they are coming up with their wait times and adjust correctly. Thanks for wasting 2 hours of my life. The staff was nice and professional.  The process was quick and smooth. Please provide a phone number or email from Quest corporate.

Do not trust the website or how much time will wait as a walk-in, it said that the walk-in wait time was three minutes. I’ve been here for over an hour and a half and still have not seen. Basically as a walk-in you get bumped to the bottom of the line every time someone with an appointment comes in.Always best to make an appointment or if you are a walk-in don’t come in before noon

Very bad staff , no body in front desk , no clear information, after I checked in and wait like 10 min they asking me to redo the check in and wait outside while I have kids and its very hard to go down and come back , no one in waiting area so they asking me to wait outside!!!!!when I ask the estimate time to back they dont know , everything they dont know , speaking very very bad to clients even not me only !!!!!recommendation to change to another one as I will do itUpdate they remove our name from listworst service I had it really

2nd time here, and l keeping having trouble with checking in and getting ready (l booked mine through phone and they could not find it in the system).Get ready for the line for at least 2 hours if you dont have an appointment or confirmation code. It gets crazy here.P/S : makes sure you book an appointment online on a computer or PC. Not happy after all..

My husband went there today. A young lady took his name and phone number. Was suppose to wait outside for a call. Was never called!!! He waited more than an Hr and was never called!!! How does this happen? I guess he will have to fast again another day. He has an appt next Wed.

These people are quick and efficient. A girl named Avis took my blood. I don’t know if that is how you spell her name, but she was fast, honest, and nice. She helped me out a lot and I highly recommend this lab(:

The early hours for high risk patients are really low stress.

It isnt easy to find because the buildings dont have many signs. But once you know where it is, youll find this is probably one of the easier Quest Labs to get to. There is plenty of parking including parking under the building. So your car wont be 150° when you get back to it in the summer.Inside, the waiting area is a bit more efficient than the other Quest Labs Ive been to. The Quest in NB has better seats, but they are much slower, so you need them. This place keeps the herd moving along. Moo.

This is one of the nicest, cleanest lab facilities Ive ever been to. The waiting room was very bright, clean, and well lit, the ladies very nice and with an appointment we were in and out in 5 minutes. Many, many Quest locations are creepy, kind of gross, and you dont want to leave any bodily fluids there lol but this was a great experience.

Quest makes it too difficult to make an appointment. I wanted to speak to a live person. Its impossible, they push you to either on line or a computer voice system. No option to speak to someone. I would not recommend Quest who is more concerned about making money than advocating great customer service.

I took my 16 month old here and they were great. We were in and out in under 15 minutes. Lab tech Hang was recommend by our pediatrician and she got a vein right away.

Always a bit of a wait 30 min to 1 hour even with appointment Techs are good at sticks and friendly results come back fast

Best Quest I have been to. Efficient, very clean. No parking problems and nice staff.

Love the staff here, I have a fear of needles and they are always so kind and efficient. Wish they had more hours and maybe weekend availability but they are worth the scheduling hassle .

Wait was 11 minutes and much cleaner than the one in fountain valley. That was over an hr wait! Glad this place exist!

Very long wait times if you dont have an appointment schedule and soonest available is a week or two later. Lady at the font desk always acts like Im bothering her.

The service was exceptionally great, I got checked in and seen right away. Parking is not the best, there are parking spots, but all of them are too narrow to squeeze in.

I was supposed to get my blood drawn at 8 AM and the gentleman in the front who I told was rude and condescending to me as if I didnt know what I was talking about. I had to call my doctor. In addition, he continued to be rude to me and everyone else. He is the absolute worst person to be greeting people.

Takes appts and very courteous staff plenty of parking

Made an appt. and waited 25 minutes - plan accordingly. Entered all my insurance INFO on-line and they still got it wrong. Be prepared to waste a lot of time with Quest.

Always good w/appointments

No one answers the phone and their door is closed, but I hear them inside. This place is a waste of time and unprofessional service.
