I love this place. Ive been to a couple other chiropractors and havent gotten the results that I have at this place. Ive only been going here for a week for a bad neck and already feel much better. And no hassles of making an appointment then trying to keep it. BIG PLUS, they are open on weekends also. And a great staff.

Really helped me through an injury that left me in a lot of pain originally. Care was great from a few different chiropractors that I saw and the staff was catering as well. Will use these services again if I find myself in pain again. Great value on the 2 month contract

I love this location. I originally started going to the Joint in LB, but had to move back home over the course of the pandemic. I’ve also visited a number of other locations throughout So Cal. I started going to the Seacliff location because it’s right around the corner and I’m so sad to be moving back out of the county.The front desk staff is absolutely wonderful. Always nice. Dr. Chandra is so helpful, kind, and funny. He’s always so happy and puts in the effort to know his patients. Even after my move, I’ll definitely be making the drive to this location. The service and quality of care is unparalleled.

Dr Chandra was amazing and I’m very picky with chiros! I’ve been to several of them over the years and he Understood my Current/ chronic issues with my back & neck. He said that I needed to work on my stretching/exercises otherwise it will get worse. It will take time but with his help, I will get better. It’s affordable too especially during this pandemic. Love this place! Great chiropractors. Great business model. For someone whose insurance doesnt cover chiropractics any more this is an awesome solution. Even if I still had my old plan, if l go regularly, this is still lower overall cost out of pocket.

Dr. Chandra is friendly and efficient, while also taking his time to really heal you. If you ask him for more details about your body and treatment he is happy to give them.I always feel better after my adjustments. I wish they offered more sports medicine treatments like graston or cupping but they thoroughly cover the basics!

Yes, you can just go for an adjustment, but I love that I’m on a weekly regiment, with a doctor that is focuses on a goal, which includes advice on stretching and exercise technics to help you build posture and strength.

Dr Anish Chandra is amazing, as well as MOST of the front desk attendants. Dr. Myerson was cold and treated me as though I was just a number. I never go in when he is working. Dr Chandra is the only reason I signed up with The Joint. I am giving 2 stars to ensure this review is ready by management. Julie (front desk attendant) made my experience very uncomfortable. She has only been there 1 time since I have been going to The Joint, but I will not forget her. She openly spoke with a patient, in front of everyone in the waiting room, on how she thinks Dr Anish talks with his patients too much. Apparently being a caring and concerned chiropractor is not appreciated. She spoke out loud for all to hear on a few things she thinks the chiropractor needs to work on. Very unprofessional. Then she had me go back and sit on a table while the chiropractor was still working on another patient. This is abnormal for this location. I could see how uncomfortable it was for the patient the chiropractor was working on as well as it being uncomfortable for myself. Even the chiropractor seemed rushed and could not give the caring and thorough experience that is accustomed to his service. As a manager in the service industry I walked out with a bad taste in mouth. The customer experience given by Julie is a what not to do story for my employees.

I love The Joint! A friend of mine turned me on to them several months ago, and I signed up for their monthly plan, and after about 5 months I was feeling great so I decided to cancel. Bad mistake! My back started giving me trouble again! So I just signed up again, and Dr Chandra has got me back to feelIng 100% after just 3 visits! I love that guy!!!Seriously, this is the best chiropractic deal out there. And so worth it.Put a little investment into yourself!

I have been coming to this location since October when I walked in with a back injury and could barely stand up straight. Within a few sessions Dr. Chandra had me back to 100% and I have rarely missed my weekly adjustment since then. We are now working on fixing my posture and I am already seeing positive results. Dr. Chandra always listens to my concerns for that week and tailors the adjustment to fit my needs on the spot. Alexis always greets you with a smile and makes the short wait pass even more quickly.

Very friendly, professional and courteous staff. Dr. Chandra listened to my concerns, adjusted and addressed my need, and explained my condition. They even gave me a few exercises to help me with my back and shoulders. Very little wait time and consistent relief. He treats you like family.

Not recommended.If you do decide to go here be sure to read the fine print. I paid $69.00 for 4 visits - I didnt use any of these visits and when I tried to go today they told me that I owe $69.00. This didnt make any sense to me and so I presented my receipt and was then told I didnt return within one month so the 4 visits that were supposed to be covered within the $69.00 were lost.. AND on top of that they attempted to bill me $69.00 the following month. I didnt agree to monthly charges and as a matter of fact I was told I wouldnt be randomly charged when the receptionist requested to keep my cc on file. Seems like a scam / rip off to me.They will not even attempt to bill your insurance. I wont be returning..

Have been a faithful Joint member for quite a few years and am obsessed!As a retired cop... I have a ton of chronic spine issues along with a severe case of scoliosis. This place will keep me moving through my pain and helps me enjoy my active lifestyle.The doctors... specifically Dr Myerson has a keen sense of what helps my compensated body align. He is super professional and knowledgeable along with the other team of docs I visit regularly. The Joint is so convenient, that I visit them while traveling. I popped into a location near Littleton Colorado a few weeks ago barely able to walk and after my visit... I felt brand new. It’s so nice not having to deal with insurance, etc.... it’s consistently great care and best of all convenient!

Love it when Dr. Jacques adjusts me. I’ve been to other locations and they don’t do it the way he does. Definitely worth the package of 69$ a month!

My favorite part is the head pull to straighten out the spine. Theyre the first ones to do it, out of the many chiropractors Ive been to. I was considering $4,500 spinal decompression surgery I wont need.

This place is sneaky told me I would get a discount if I signed up for a two month plan (I was in immense pain when I went in there) they never mentioned that I needed to go back in there and fill out forms to stop my member ship after these the two months. Just noticed a charge from them, looking back I’ve been charged twice now since the two months I actually wanted was finished.

Today was my first time in this location and the front dest staff was very friendly and the chiropractor was very helpful when I told him of a specific issue I was having.

This place is special. Dr. Chandra, besides being kind and upbeat lent an ear to my concerns past and present, and has since worked out AND explained some MAJOR issues (for me) Ive dealt with for a decade, increasingly.He not only gave me a very thorough overall adjustment which was both powered and yet surprisingly far from the stinging affect I tended to have during and after other places- and he next went beyond that as well, in each session making huge headway realigning (or whatever) the most major problem areas specific to me.Walking in is a huge plus for me and my lack of schedules also.This review is almost six months past due but my impression was (clearly) lasting.Thank you Dr., and front desk guy, (Kevin? Josh? Sorry!! To be edited) who was warm, non-pressuring, and helpful a number of times when I had odd hours or requests.

Ive had significant back problems for about 3/4 years now and the last 3 doctors I went to were not able to adjust me properly. Dr. Jacque had no problem. And the premise of simple maintenance they offer is far more appealing considering you get 4 sessions for less than the price of one at most other chiropractor offices. Finally, someone out there not trying to rape your wallet!!
