I was there knocking on the door for half hour on business hours and no one unlock the door and I could hear them in there...

Ive always visited this location as it is close to my home, never a problem, past technicians ALWAYS, pleasant, treated everyone with respect, understanding and patience until earlier this week, the tech who seemed to be the senior tech was rude from when I walked in until I broke down and cried; thats all I will say now, she did not have a problem treating anyone else pleasantly, I think some just seem to forgot why they are there and that they are doing a service for us.....I doubt if anyone really wants to have lab work done and when you age such as myself, sometimes things do not go as well as they should, which has resulted in failed lab test and a surgery date just a couple of days away. I have never had to prep for a test as much as this time, but I am trying. Ive had to visit different locations in hopes that itll be easier to draw blood for both myself and the tech, but I do know I will not ever go back to this location...

The staff are always friendly, patient and helpful no matter if I walk-in or have an appointment. I bring my dad to this location every two weeks and the service are as great as ever. Thank you Lab Corp. You make dealing with my dads health issues bearable.

Great Staff and visits are quick.

Door locked at 8 am, 4 of us waiting for 20 minutes, knocking and calling LabCorp HQ. They tell us there’s no reason we shouldn’t be able to get in to have lab work done.... so what to do? Wait around indefinitely? Go to another location?TerribleI left and went to the the Westminster location. That’s another awful episode.I’ve spent 2 hours to have blood drawn, should’ve taken 15 minutes.

Terrible lab! Please don’t go there. Very dirty lab. They mixed up your lab order. Customer service is horrible!

Everyone at this location are always so nice and the vibe is like they actually care about what they do. They go out of their way to be friendly, play good music, and also importantly they are the best at drawing blood!! Only once in a few years here have I had a painful needle-poke. They always do such a good job so I am writing a review. Nice people and good phlebotomists can be hard to find! When you have to get labs often it makes a big difference. Thank you.

OMG, it says open at 07:00 AM and they are not even open, a line of patients is wrap around the hallway, laboratory what are you thinking?

This place is currently closed for a few months now , i like coming here instead of going to the fountain valley location which is a hot mess .

Mary youssef is the best phlebotomist in this location she knows her job really well!! I usually have difficulties when trying to take blood sample from me as I have deep veins! But with Mary it goes really smooth and she knows how to take the sample from the first poke without me feeling any pain at all.

Went in on a Friday as a walk-in right after their Lunch break. Super quick wait, and staff was really cool. Nacho Libre was on TV. The blood process itself was very quick and hassle-free. Recommended.

Staff is extremely considerate. They always take care of me when I go here. Huntington Beach location is the BEST!

Theyre never busy here and dont take walk ins. Quest is way better. If you have an option, choose Quest over labcorp.

If you notice the photo. Thats all the chairs they have. Im locked in, so I have no choice. Packed standing room like on a bus where your standing in front of someone. Front desk lady was awful very unhelpful.. p.s. if your coming for a Drug Test. No Walk Ins make an appointment before, after making appointment same awful lady did my test, was unhappy with the temperature, yeah, then told me i will have to test again, that I Cant leave, and can only have no More than 5 cups of water, than the Power went out of the entire building! Yes, while now being held hostage, drinking water in a darken lobby, the staff Now Joking about Leaving Early!!! Joking about only staying because a Patient having a Shy bladder!!.. I felt humiliated and Judged, why because Im working class, cause I have tattoos, cause I need a drug test to get a job?? Why Make Fun of me.. after waiting for an Hour and a half. I finally could give yet another sample, with a Flash Light in the bathroom, Same Temputure as last time!!.. Wow.. I have never been Treated like this and felt Discriminated against.. what did I do to deserve such horrible and pure shameful treatment.... what could i have done to Not be treated like this..

Please keep Mary Y. On your staff at HB.She is a great phlebotomist. Im.a very hard stick and she was fantastic painless and fast. Dont transfer Ms. Mary TO ANY OTHER LOCATION. THANKS LABCORP..HB !!

I read the reviews and was worried. I was going to go to the Lab Corp by my work in Placentia or Orange but couldn’t get an appt. I came to terms with coming to this location in HB. I’m so glad the I did. The gentlemen at the front desk was polite and the nurse or technician (not sure what they are called) was great. Her name was Jennifer. She was polite, clean, respectful and assisted very quickly.

The lady drew my 2 yr old daughter blood and she didnt feel a thing awesome staff

Labcorp is a terrible company. I’ve tried several locations after first going to this one (req’d to go to Labcorp for blood work under my insurance) bc it’s conveniently right across the street from my doctor, who obviously orders the blood work. At this location, the lab tech dropped the vial on the ground and, yes—this is so hard to believe—stuck the vial into the needle inserted into my vein!!! (Honestly, I should have walked out, but, I mean, I was in such shock that it’s hard to react between someone picking it up and someone going to stick it back into your arm.) I complained to the company on their website almost immediately in case I caught an infection. The person who called me about my complaint was RUDE and simply said the tech was reprimanded. I’m sorry, that tech should have been fired. I’m sure they had footage of this, too, as cameras are everywhere nowadays.At other Labcorp locations, I’ve witnessed the staff fooling around/talking to each other like pre-teens rather than exhibiting the professionalism expected in a medical environment.

When I got there the waiting area was full of people standing because it is so small and the seating limited.I signed in and while I was waiting I noticed that they were handing people a container and a key for a public restroom because the office one was out of order.The whole atmosphere was like a third world environment and I walked out.

Horrible experience will never get anything done here again. Staff is rude as hell. Staff denied my request for a supervisor. Always giving me the run around of simple questions and telling me everything is online.
