Very satisfied with my experience at All Ears, the staff is very professional and extremely helpful. Both Paula and Ethan worked tirelessly to fit me with a hearing aid that fit my needs and budget. Highly recommend.

Very good staff and no wait to be honest! Was in and out within 35 minutes and the next visit was to get my hearing aid and the tech was great and explained the device to me in plan english so I could understand.

This place is really cool. Paula and her colleagues are professionals, yet down to earth. I havent gotten my hearing aid yet, but Im excited to have this great group on my side. I was even thinking about getting the more expensive aid, but Paula convinced me that the lower cost aid was sufficient for my needs. Thats PROFESSIONAL! Yet cool.

These doctors ( I have seen 3) are very honest, kind to show you how to use the hearing aid and help out if there are any issues. I was told by a chain hearing aid that my insurance only cover a pair of hearing aid ($150 retail price) and that chain store will charge my insurance much more that $150. All Ears Doctors told me my insurance will cover state of the art hearing aid and they fit me the best Oticon aids!! I am very grateful for their honesty and service. I have been with them almost two years. Happy to be there!

I am happy with the attention that Ive received so far. I am delighted that they have given me a loaner pair of hearing aids to try out. It is very helpful to be able to do this before committing to a particular style of device.

Even though its a bit of a drive from our place in Anaheim, the staff is always extremely courteous and professional.I called yesterday about my left hearing aid not working at all, and the gentleman on the phone said to just come down anytime today and theyd take a look at it. We didnt have to wait long, and the problem was fixed immediately. I now have two perfectly-tuned hearing aids and I can hear probably more than I want to!I would highly recommend All Ear Doctors Hearing Aids to anyone who is thinking about or genuinely needs one or two hearing aids. Paula Castanon provides outstanding patient focused care. There were some challenges in finding the correct fitting hearing. She worked with me and provided several options.

This was a very pleasant experience. I love my new hearing aids and the way she explained them was easy to understand. I honestly did not know how much sound I was missing. Im so grateful .

Paula is one of the most caring and patient people I have ever met. We first took my mother, who is 92, to her three years ago. At that time, my mother ordered new hearing aids but when they came in, she decided that she did not want them. A month later, she ended up in the hospital. While in the hospital, she complained that her hearing aids were old and she could not hear. We called Paula. Paula happened to have some demo models in her office. She calibrated them to my mothers hearing needs and let us pick them up to take to my mother at the hospital. My mother used them until she recovered and we were able we order her a new pair. I have never had anyone go above and beyond like Paula does. She is so patient with my mother and always takes the time to chat with her when we go in for appointments. My mother has since moved out of the area, but we drive back to Orange County so she can continue to see Paula. Judy G.

One-stop shop for hearing aids: audiology, otolaryngology & licensed hearing-aid licensed at one location. There are now 2 ENTs at AEDHA. Woman there is very friendly & helpful to nice patients. It can get busy sometimes, but you dont want to go to a medical practice where there is no wait, because theyd have no patients! You dont dont want medical treatment from a professional who has no patients.
