I have exact same issue as some people reported in Yelp. I have been trying to get an appointment for the past two days. We fax the doctor request in and he said they don’t have it. Fax it again BUT I need to talk to someone else to schedule an appointment. I put my phone number for call back and also left message. I get a call back at end of each day BUT that person said she cannot make appointment. Since it had been 2 days, I decided to actually waited on the line for 40 minutes. Hear someone pickup and I kept saying hello and finally without saying a word, hang up on me? What sort of business when they treat their patient like dirt?! If I could give 0 star, I would.
