I had a great experience with the Dentist C. Aguirre,He talked me thru the procedure and took great care for my comfort as he extracted my tooth. I didnt feel any discomfort at all. His technique was amazing. After the procedure went well. His dental assistant applied the temporary filler, and I was sent home. The dental assistant did assure me before I left the office... that if I needed any adjustments to the filler, due to any discomfort, to please call back to the office to get assistance. Within a few hours after leaving the office, the filler was causing me great discomfort. So I quickly made the call back to the office.When I called the office, they welcomed me to come and get it corrected as soon as possible. Which unfortunately -due to my side of things- meant I would need a few days to come in. Arrangements were made with ease.Alejandre, the dental hygienist made all corrections to the filler that she could and I cannot speak well-enough about her thorough care!!She was extremely gentle and highly professional as she quickly made corrections.She also gave me very good tips to help with the healing process. She advised me to continue taking the pain medication that the Dentist had prescribed me, but as I was running low on the script. She ensured me if I continued to have any discomfort later on in the week, I could call the dental office and the Dentist would refill my prescription or make any other arrangements so that I could continue to heal well and without discomfort.This did occur, so I did call-in to the office. The office quickly handled the call to the pharmacy for a refill.Over-all, the care I have received at Park Lakes Dental Care has been wonderful, easy, and with my highest comfort in mind.I greatly appreciate that.The main waiting area is very clean.The bathrooms are very clean.The procedural rooms are well-maintained and clean.The front desk staff, from admissions to billing,are all highly trained and pleasant personnel.Sharita especially has pleasant demeanor and genuine smile.I personally appreciate all the careful precautions and attention the staff has implemented during this challenging pandemic era.I would recommend this dental office to a friend.Even though the office is located a good-distance away from my place of residence, so far, the care has shown to be worth the drive. I have had dealings with this office 3 times in person, and 3 times by telephone. Their pattern of service seems to be secure and has held steady.A big thank you to all the staff members who have participated in my dental care and well-being. 😊

To top it off the dentist was so nice and I have a terrible background of not being dentist biggest fan but this was one of the most amazing experiences ever. Dr. Aguirre was great, he thoroughly explained everything to me. Stephanie the hygienist is wonderful! They both did their best to make me feel comfortable and not be afraid. Jackie at the front desk was really nice and the dental assistant. So far, no complaints!

My only regret is to have not found this dentist office sooner. Upon entering you will be greeted by the lovely Marie. Cindy assisted Dr. Aguirre for my procedure. I was very nervous but they both put me at ease. I did not feel any pain or discomfort. Top-notch!!!

I have been a client of Park Lake Dental for years. They take care of all of my dental needs including ortho. The office staff is professional, friendly and overall provides quality service.

Communication at this office is terrible. I had an appt scheduled last year, the office was still closed due to the pandemic. No attempt to call to cancel. And in the LAST YEAR, no attempt to reschedule or make appts for any of my family. My family had been going here for over 10 years. When we get fillings done, they give an amount, I pay, then always receive another bill that is more than what insurance says I should be billed. I’m over it. Time to move on.

The lady who cleaned my teeth and the dentist were extremely nice and exuded great customer service. One of the front desk receptionist was not as nice, however. Dr.L was actually Rude ! I was sent away with a swollen face and told to come back in months. I’m not sure why. Also they were laughing at me Dr.L tried to talk to me like I was Slow ! I don’t see my self ever returning and being made fun on where I’ll spend money ! The vibe of the office is very unattractive! Stay away find another place where they will take care of you not make fun of you!

Ive never been to park lakes but they took me in and there was no extra charge at all! So relieved. Staff was friendly too. Ill be taking my family here from now on.

Ive been going to the dentist here for a couple of years now and there has been quite a bit of transitioning with the staff. Ive fell in love with Sonya (hygienist) due to her knowledge and courtesy. However, the last couple of times Ive visited, the restrooms were not cleaned. This was unpleasant , especially since this is a practice that encourages dental health.

As a new patient here, I have to say that my experience was great! It started with office staff, Ms. Denise who was very kind and professional. She answered all my questions thoroughly. Dental hygienist Lisa was very kind, thorough and made sure I knew what to expect. Dr. Flores was very friendly as well. Im glad that I found a dentist where I can feel comfortable going to for whatever procedure I need done.

This was the most awesome dental experience ever. Everyone was so kind, courteous and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable and relieved all of my dental anxiety. I immediately came home and recommended them to my daughter and she made an appointment right away.

Everything was great. I felt comfortable. I really like the time and attention Dr. Flores gives to each patient. She is very gentle, which is great. I do not like going to the dentist but she makes it very tolerable. The front desk staff (Especially, Mrs. Denise) is awesome.

Park Lakes Dental is EXCEPTIONAL! DR. Flores was so very sweet and just a special lady. I had some concerns and she and hygienist Keely went above and beyond to assess and alleviate my concerns and treated some gum issues I had. They are extremely thorough and educate you while they are analyzing and treating. Everyone there is so nice from the lady who takes on the insurance companies for you to the intake scheduler. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place. If you are even considering going, please visit them even if you are scared of the dentist. They will take care of you!

It was my first and will be my last visit which is unfortunate because I feel like the hygienist did an excellent job on my cleaning. The staff was friendly BUT I saw my X-rays and I havent had any bleeding, pain, sensitivity or ANYTHING. The dentist tried to tell me I had gingivitis. The woman making the appointment for the deep cleaning attempted to charge me or get a signature to charge my insurance for the service and dismissed me when I refused.

I am now a huge fan!!! I just moved up here, and I couldnt wait to find a dentist outside of Castle Dental. I read good reviews, and gave Park Lakes a try. The thing that stood out most was how well the dental hygienist communicated with me. I hate that I forgot her name, but she was thorough, calming, accommodating, and awesome about explaining everything she saw. While doing my procedure, she made sure I was comfortable with the pain. The charges were reasonable, and Ill definitely return.

My teeth were in poor condition due to my fear of the dentist and painful experiences. I heard good things and decided to see Dr Flores, when I tell you my extractions were painless, she was gentle, caring, with a professional and personal bedside manner, I was shocked. She truly cares and is an advocate for her patients. They have early morning appts and evenings which is convenient. I highly recommend Dr.Flores.

When I called Park Lane Dental care, I spoke to Denise to confirm that they accept MetLife Dental Care and have In-Network dentist. I was told that the accept Metlife and have in network dentist for me. Xrays were done but cleaning was not due to them closing at 4pm.They filed the insurance claim for my xrays Out-of-Network. That cost me an extra $110 lost towards my annual coverage amount.I called Jackie and Denise and told them that they must have made a mistake as I had confirmed with them that i want an In--Network dentist. Apparently, they were in the process of getting into metlife network and were not in network when they worked on me.I plan to see them tomorrow and will update my review.If they submit a corrected claim that is In network to my insurance, than I will give more stars, as I feel I have been lied to by them.Update 11.09.2020. Still trying to clear the billing messes. The [email protected] email still has not replied. The dentist office is a mess.

Service was good however seemed money driven. Too many xrays for one $$. I wanted a basic cleaning but because I had a couple of teeth that in their opinion needed a deep cleaning, I was not allowed to receive a regular cleaning that is covered 100% with my insurance. The deep cleaning was over 400 out of pocket. I do not like that type of service and will not be returning.

I have been having some major dental problemsI lost my upper denture about 2 years ago so Ive had no teeth except for the 6 on bottom and needless to say my self-esteem is very very low in moneys funny but thank God for insurance so my insurance sends me to this new place,when I went in, it was just to a wonderful homey feeling, Very Welcomed , she (the Dr.) was so amazing and caring you could feel the warmth and the sincerity in her voice as she spoke to me about repairing my teeth..she really made me feel like everything was really going to work out and be okay cuz at this point I feel ugly self esteem low and she made me feel pretty and know that it can be fixed I would recommend this place to everyone shes an amazing person she truly is found what shes meant to be put on this Earth to do

I have to first say that I dont have any complaints about their service. However, what I am not okay with is being charged almost double for a deep cleaning for 3 out of 4 quadrants. They quoted me $635.80 with insurance. Without insurance they quoted me $1285.00. Which doesnt even make sense as my insurance covers 80% of this procedure. After talking to a few co-workers, I was advised to get a new quote from a different dentist. Another dentist in the area without insurance quoted me no more than $600 for all quadrants. Park Lakes Dental was trying to charge me double. Park Lakes Dental, you just lost a customer thanks to your extremely high prices.

Baylor is a top notch school for anything medical/dental and Dr. J has got ten years experience; meaning theres nothing going to go wrong when youre in her hands. I immediately recognized her in a league of her own because of her level of intelligence, professionalism, bedside manner, and work ethic.... It started from the time I walked in the door at 7:15am and seeing the smiling staff members to my encounter with Dr. Flores. Lets just say I was able to see her right in time to save a tooth. She understood the level of sensitivity and kept me laughing even though she knew I was in excruciating pain. The icing on the cake for me was when she called me personally a few hours after my visit to check on me. I am in love with Park Lakes and I will return soon.

My experience was AWESOME as always. The staff is very friendly and professional! Im disappointed the bleaching gel is discontinued due to some clients abusing the product. Why is everyone being penalized, because others dont know how to follow instructions and use the product accordingly. Ive been coming for years and using the gel without any concerns; therefore what are you guys going to do to accommodate the clients that are still requesting the product?

Pros: This is wonderful dental office. The staff is both frendly and professional. Everyone always has a smile on their face when they greet you. And their main concern is always about you and your oral health. I would recommend them to anyone.Con: Not really for little kids. If there is major work that needs to be done, you have to go to a specialist. Otherwise, this is a great place to have dental work.

I Went in with a terrible tooth infection. I couldn’t ask for a more understanding bunch of people. The doctor saw me and gave me some medicine and sent me home to get better. A week later I came back and they took out the teeth that were causing the pain. What a wonderful bunch of folks. I would refer this place to anyone that’s looking for understanding and compassionate people!
