From the receptionist to the doctor,these women are just awesome! Never had any trouble or long wait times or horrible interactions.They are fast,affordable,caring and truly want to help save your teeth. I have never been to a dentist that calls you the next day just to check on you.😍😍This will be our new family dentist for a while. Thanks again.

I love the professionalism of this dental office. The staff were so kind and the dentist was wonderful in my dental care. The location was easy to find. Parking was no problem at all. When I entered, the waiting area was clean and free of clutter. The treatment area was also clean and my dental procedure was done so well. I recommend their services to friends and family.

Staff is great. Dr. L is a great doctor who cares. Very comfortable coming to this well run clean dental practice. Never had any issue with my apartment time it anything else for that matter.

The doctor at Teethwise Dental is by far the best dentist Ive ever had. She so patient and sweet. She truly cares about her patients. She sees my whole family and let me say my kids are not the most cooperative kids around but Dr. Ladipo and her staff know exactly how to make them feel at ease. If youre looking for a dentist stop here :)

Do not come here if you have somewhere to be. Our appointment was at 10 AM and not only did we get here 20 minutes early, when we walked in nobody was at the desk for over 10 minutes leaving us just standing there having no clue what to do. They had so many people scheduled for the same time appointment there was not even any available seats in the lobby. You are NOT seen at the time your appointment is so plan on being here for at least 3 hours.

I’ve been bring my son Anthony Hinojosa here for awhile now and it’s amazing we don’t spend that much time in the office I love it thanks Teethwise 🤗

I had a wonderful experience at Teethwise Dental. From walking in and being welcomed warmly by the friendly staff from receiving the gentle touch of the assistants when doing my x-rays.. I came to Teethwise Dental because I am close to having my two front teeth fall out from a trauma I received as a child. I am a professional and can not go with any missing teeth and did not know what options I could have besides implants. Coming into the office and speaking with doctor about my concerns was the best decision I could of have made. She explained thoroughly what we could do and definitely put me at ease. I got started with my treatment immediately and I am certainly looking forward to continuing my visits to the office. I would definitely send all my friends and family to Teethwise Dental.

The dr is great but I disliked how the lead assistant or hygienist who ever she was treated my kids and for that reason I will not be going back. My son was nervous and I was trying to calm him down. She didnt even say who she was and automatically asked me if my son has special needs!!! How disrespectful!!! Hasnt she ever seen a nervous kid? No my son does not have special needs! I also took my youngest son and she scared him with the tooth polisher. Not gentle. I told her to stop what shes doing cuz shes scaring him. She got upset and left in a rude manner.. they lost 3 patients as im not taking my kids back. Also I noticed they didnt change the tape cover that goes over the headlight as it was dirty. Its a shame because I really do like the dr.

Appointment at noon, wasnt called back until 1:45. So worried about losing money, they overbook. Unless you want to wait hours, either go elsewhere or make sure you have the first appointment of the day.Extremely disrespectful of their patients time.

I am not the kind of person to leave reviews at places of business, I like to give them the benefit of the doubt and hope that maybe it is a simple mistake the first time something does not go wrong. I have 5 kids and have brought them there for a couple of years now. I liked their services and the doctor was amazing with my kids, they really like her. The assistants were always nice and polite. This last time for my kids 6 month check up I took 3 of kids there and it was nice but the hygienist that took care of my little one did an awful job on her, my kid was gagging the entire time she did the cleaning and after I pointed out that she was choking on the product in her mouth she didnt even use the suction on device on her, she just waited until she was cleaning her front teeth which were the only ones she cleaned. I let it go and waited for Dr. to come in and do the check up, while waiting I noticed what looked like dried up saliva and blood on the arm chair, it was disgusting. I took a picture to show my husband later. The 2 other kids had appointments the week after and when we showed up to the appt time the office person told me they were closed because the doctor was at a meeting. I informed her we were never told about this and the week before they didnt mention it to me when I confirmed the appt time and date.I never brought them back and told her about the chair and the lack of cleanliness that appeared to be around the office. It just looks like they dont sweep anymore, but it is an OSHA violation to have blood on the chair, I know since I also work at a dental office. I didnt want to transfer my kids to another location but it seems like the quality of the service is going down every time we go there.Today was my little ones appointment for TX and we signed the paper work for a a pulpotomy, a filling on another tooth and a crown. When my daughter was brought home by my husband I wanted to see the stainless steel crown and she didnt have anything in her mouth, my first thought was that she had swallowed it so I called the clinic to find out what to do. Then I was informed that the doctor found the cavity was not big enough so instead she just had a filling done. Its OK thats great news but what really bothers me is that no one told my husband what happened, what the doctor did or didnt do, I was so upset because she could have done the other two filling at the time. A pulpotomy takes way longer than a filling, she said she didnt want to be aggressive with the treatment but my child was doing just fine, she even said she was one of the best patients because she didnt cry. We made a payment for nitrous gas and our copay for this visit and we need to schedule another appointment for the rest of the treatment. I asked politely if they could wave the fee after everything that happened today but they wont work with me. It is really unpleasant to sit here and write this review. My kids really love this doctor but if they are not willing to accept that they did a mistake today and to work with us then we are not going back again and will let everyone know how they do business there. Congratulations, you just lost 5 patients today!!!
