Great Customer Service! The Manager was very efficient, knowledgeable, and I was offered great discounts! It took less than 30 minutes to complete the transaction!

They text you and confirm your appointment so you don’t forget. Once we arrived the receptionist was very hospitable and patient with my tweens/teens. Sign in was easy. The doctor was very friendly and explained everything where the kids and myself could understand. They took very good care of my girls getting contacts on for the first time. Super patient while they trained them put them on. Explained cleanliness. Over all it took about 2.5 hours for 4 exams. They fit them in all at once during late after school hours which was so helpful. Accessible free parking. Great service. if anything I would ask for any hidden fees up front because at the end I was charged $50 for a contact fitting, which I don’t remember ever paying before, and my insurance didn’t cover it. There isn’t a kid friendly area or rest room, so maybe bring a tablet to keep them busy. Also it’s located inside target so that’s also accessible if you want to visit them before your appointment. 4 star because of the smallness of the waiting area, lack of entertainment for small children, and the last minute contact fitting fee. Overall if you just want to get in and out, no small kids, great place!

This is my second purchase of glasses from Target Optical. The guy who helped me was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. Best experience Ive had purchasing glasses.

The doctor was great, my new eyeglasses are great. Love them! However an adjustment when I picked them up would have been nice. I got here ya go. Have a nice rest of your evening as they handed me my new glasses. I had to adjust them myself. Probably not correctly. For the price you pay the service in the eyeglass center is not worth it. These glasses are my eyesight, if not adjusted correctly I will have problems. I have never been somewhere that didnt do this when you picked them up, including other targets.

Service is excellent and you wont find better designer frames anywhere in this area .Returns are easy if you are not happy with your glasses they will work with you. I highly recommend them and wont go any where else.

The Dr was very nice and explained everything that he was doing. When we got to choosing glasses brenda and the other associate were very nice and welcoming. They helped me and my mom look for glasses and sis their best to make us feel comfortable with our choicesThis is now my place to go!

I purchased transitional glasses from this location. Ive already had the lenses replaced once due to the lenses only get gray, not black nor do they block the sun the way I need them to. Knowing my situation when I walked in the door and I still wasnt sold what I believe I purchased. I feel like I wasted my eye insurance for the year with the purchase and I cant even use them without having to go to another store and purchase the clip on shades to make them darker. I honestly dont believe at this point there was a reason to get transitional lenses when I have to go to another chain to purchase the add ons, I shouldve just went to the other chain and got my glasses at this point as well. At least theirs get dark and look like sunglasses. Terrible experience.

I came here for my yearly eye exam and to order new contacts and glasses. I showed up 20 minutes late for my appointment, but when I walked in Dr. Roy was very understanding. I honestly was blown away by his professionalism and how informative he was about the exam. I have gone to eye exams for over 15 years and I have never had a doctor explain EVERYTHING and in detail to me like Dr. Roy did. It was amazing! I felt like I learned so much about my eyes and vision.Then I walked through the door to pick out my frames and was greeted with the same professionalism from Mansfield (sp) as I was from Dr. Roy. Mansfield helped me choose not 1, but 4 pairs of frames that I loved (I have never really liked glasses because I can never find a pair that I really like) and helped me to narrow it down to 1 pair. His attention to detail, personality and face shape was amazing. He was also very easy to talk to and he found me the best options for my insurance.It was overall the best experience I have ever had going to the eye doctor and I will only come to this location from now on.Way to go Dr. Roy and Mansfield!

Needed a contact lens prescription and did not want to deal with the high cost and salesy type atmosphere of most eye places. Everything was quick and easy here and exam was a great price. No pressure to buy anything. Got my script.
