I was having concerns about a possible retinal tear. They got me in immediately with zero waiting! My concern was their concern. Everybody was great. Dr. Gallia is outstanding. But Mann Eye has a problem with customer service.I purchased my first pair of prescription glasses in fall of 2019 which even with insurance cost several hundred dollars. Within a few months, one of the lenses fell out. This happened three times before their service folks ordered new frames.After that delayed repair, I was relieved to get the problem resolved. Only it was not. The same thing happened again! When I went back to complain I politely requested a new and different pair of glasses.I was told the glasses were out of warranty and it essentially was my fault for purchasing their defective products. As a condolence, Optical Project ManagerHeidi Nizzola told me that I would receive a 50% discount on a new pair.The final nail in the coffin was when I found out that there was no discount if I used my insurance coverage on the purchase of new glasses.These people are worthless. Go somewhere else for your eye care products.

I went to the Mann clinic to have a stubborn contact lens removed from my eye. It had been stuck since the day before. I called the office at 9:00 and was thrilled to get an appointment at 10:15. I was treated by the wonderful Dr M. She had that lens out in minutes. After a quick checkup to determine if my vision had been affected by the lens (thankfully not) I was out the door by 10:45. What a relief!!I was skeptical when I learned that Dr Gallia and Eye Care Associates of Humble had merged with the Mann Clinic. No worries there! I highly recommend the Mann Clinic.

What a great experience I had in Mann Eye Institutes new office at 9802 FM 1960 Bypass W, Suite 110, Humble, TX 77338. The office is super clean, the selection of eyeglass frames is awesome and everyone was so friendly! All wore masks, practiced coronavirus hygiene and I felt very comfortable having my eyes checked and selecting new frames.

I went in for a medical eye exam. It was the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. The staff and doctor were friendly. The facility was clean and attractive. The doctor had excellent patient interaction, explaining everything she was doing and why. My insurance was screwing up, but that was not Mann Eyes fault. Even there, they went out of their way trying to help me resolve it. I would defiantly go back again and recommend them highly to anyone seeking quality eye care.

The Dr. Guerrero, Elias and the technician were amazing with my very nervous boy. They made the whole experience extremely incredible for him/us! The tech was so kid friendly when doing all the test my son went thru it all with comfort and easy thanks to him!

We have been coming here for the past few years and are happy with the customer service provided by the staff. The frame selection is in the moderate price range and they accept a wide variety of insurance plans. The only downfall is thats partly hidden in a shopping center between a Half Price Books and Outback Steakhouse, so unless youre a local who is familiar with the area it is very easy to drive past for someone new.Overall I would recommend it to everyone.

GO ELSE WHERE. Ive been trying to get my contact order filled for over a month. No one in the office answers the phone. Someone picked up the phone once and placed me on hold. After waiting 18 minutes, I hung up and called back and never received a response. I requested an appointment online to only receive a text stating Im due for an eye exam which I literally just had!

Have been coming to this location for yrs; RIP Dr. Rinkoff. During recent visit, had my eye exam numbers regarding my vision explained to me by Dazie. No one, in all the years, had explained in detail this information before. I really appreciated that. Fine example of excellent customer service.Now, for the minus. This location needs more stylish and up to date frames. Not everyone wants Ray Bans. Please consider Tom Ford. Im looking for the large, square, oversized frame. Thank you in advance.

No one usually has a good time at any doctor appointment, but I had a great time with the staff. They were thorough and personable - just a great team. Dr. Guerrero is cute as a button and smart as a whip. By the end of the appointment I didnt even feel bad about the bifocals that she told me I needed because well, Im getting old. I just made my husband an appointment and Im sure hell feel the same way.

Messed up my eyes for life. Dont trust their lasik. -Added: Posted a generic response. Went back multiple times. Was essentially told to get lasik again. And yet they didnt notice the cataract that was in my eye before OR AFTER the procedure. According to a different doctor they should have seen it easily, and not done the procedure until the cataract was taken care of.

All of the staff are very professional and take their time with you and explain any issues that are going on with your eyes.

Went to pick up glasses today and the individual said “We called you in August “ ONE time??? When fitted with glasses the stem was stretched out and he said “it’s supposed to be that way but I’ll work on it.” Fifteen minutes later I asked what he was doing. I looked through the window and he was just standing there with his back to me. So my glass frames are not good quality and you want ME to come back later when you have time to play with them? Never again!

I called to get information about getting my wifes eyes examined an getting new glasses. After getting the information I asked the lady about using an existing pare of frames. I was informed there would be a $40.00 charge to use my own frames. I can not see any reason to pay to use frames purchased from this company less than two years ago.

If I could give a zero, I would. I went for a medical eye examination because I couldnt handle what I am going through anymore. I was prescribed some drops and the pharmacy needed some additional info. Two weeks later, they still havent sent the paperwork to the pharmacy (which I know faxes the request daily). I wasted my time and money by going to this place. Now, I need to go somewhere else to help me get some relief. I want my noney back! I will NEVER go back to this place again!

I had previously been fitted for contacts on numerous occasions with 2 other Dr.s. Doc Martha is the only one knowledgeable enough to get it right, takes her time & meticulously examines findings before recommending correct lenses. It is my pleasure to have someone as her to care for my vision needs. BTW shes easy on the eyes as well.:)

Dr. Bonem and Schmidt are absolutely amazing at explaining everything regarding your eye appointment. What I like most is they do not rush you in and out of the office, but take the time to explain as well as answer any questions you may have. I have a complicatedand unique situation going on with my eyes, and they still took time to thoroughly explain.

All of the team are very professional and provide the individual care that I can appreciate. They do a very good job of ensuring I have the correct eyeglasses/sunglasses.

Dr. Gallia takes great care of her patients. She provides them with the highest quality of treatment that will benefit her patients. I did not recieve this quality of treatment that I expected from those so called clinics located in the Houston Medical Center. Surprisingly, Humble Associates has the latest equipment while those other large clinics do not!!! At those other clinics the doctors were very rude. Im so thankful that I found Humble Associates through the Internet!

The doctors and staff are without a doubt, the best at what they do. very comfortable and informative atmosphere. unfortunately for me, they do not take my companys insurance any longer, but I constantly check for when they may in the future.

The staff where very friendly and helpful. What I dont like is they are have a 50% off frames sale right now but only if your not using insurance or their Groupon offer. Also kids frames where 159.00 for most of them if not more. Would go again to get my eyes checked but not to get glasses.

Absolutely horrible, I spent $1200 there and received lenses that are difficult to see with b/c of the glare. The contacts that they ordered for me never arrived. When I told them this, they said the USPS delivered the contacts. They said it was up to me to contact the local post office and track down the package.Follow up: They told me they were not able to contact the local post office because they were not the package recipient. Sean reordered lenses without the digital filter and even replaced the nose pads for me. Ive been wearing my glasses for the last few days without any glare problems. So Ive changed my review to 4 stars.

My experience has always been terrible; however I seem to always return. I hate it here.Really I will not be coming back.And its only this location extremely slow......and the one person to assist me today has NO freaking idea how to work the Damn computer Patrica her name need to be fired NOW. The only employee on duty with absolutely NO idea how to do your job. In another review a young lady reached out to corporate office....not such a bad idea to enlightened who they have representing them.😠😠

Loved this place! Had a morning appointment on a Saturday and they didnt take long to get all my information and got me to see the doctor. The only problem was that when I called to make my appointment and specifically asked for Dr. Mark Rinkoff. He was in the day I went but I still liked the doctor who attended to me. Dr. Monique Bennet was her name.After the examination and fitting of contacts they were going to charge me $70 for contacts even though my insurance covers. But talked it over and they said they will make the insurance pay so I only paid my copay for contacts and exam. This was a great experience. Definitely going back next year!

I am TRULY thankful I found Dr. Gallia. I went to see her on April 16, 2019 and was humbly impressed how thorough and detailed she was in examining my eyes to ensure I had the perfect progressive lense for long distant range, computer distance and reading not to mention the advanced technology used now (no more blowing buffs of air in your eyes). Ive gone to different eye care in the past like Vision Eye Care and my prescription glasses were awful! Couldnt read anything even after I had taken it back for correction. I ended up wearing pharmacy cheaters in comparison which were far better than what I had. When I showed Dr. Gallia my previous prescription glasses, she looked under a scope and showed me waves of poor workmanship--no wonder I couldnt see. For the first time, I can wear prescription glasses from whatever angle/distance I need. Im truly happy and impressed as she goes to the extent to take great care of her patients with the highest quality.

Dr. Gallia has been my optometrist for 31 years. She has a terific manner! She truly listens, is terrific with kids, and never brushes off my concerns. If something isnt 100% right, she keeps working with you until it is.She also has a wonderful staff with almost no turnover. You always find the same knowledgeable folks with smiling faces. It isnt a big chain store. The selection of frames is not as extensive as some of those large discount eyewear stores. It is more than made up for by the quality and the ability of the staff to truly advise on the right fit. If I have my choice, I wont ever go to a different optometrist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Martha Gallia for over 30 years. Recently, Dr. Gallia, in partnership with Dr. Stewart Zuckerbrod, led me through the process of removing cataracts and receiving interocular multi-focal lens implants. I see very clearly and have no need for any vision correction at this time.I will admit I was a little nervous going in. I was well informed from start to finish - from initial prep, through the procedure and aftercare. The procedure itself took about 15 minutes.The entire staff in the office, as well as at the surgical center, paid close attention to every detail to ensure a positive experience and a successful outcome. I give them an A+ on both!If you are considering this procedure, you can trust Dr. Gallia to tailor your treatment to YOUR specific needs. I would not hesitate to do it again!

This is definitely the best place to go for glasses and contacts. Its never a long wait and they dont use that stupid air puff machine, which is truly refreshing; in fact, they dont even have the machine in their office at all! And even better, they are as friendly as they are knowledgeable!

Not enough characters to go into the details of my shitty experience with this place. I used their Groupon, and saved a bit of money on my two pairs of glasses, but the amount of gas and time wasted on the half dozen trips to this place almost cancels out any savings. Initial exam was wrong prescription, on top of that wrong prescription number put into one of the lenses in both pairs. This place is full of (mostly friendly) incompetent amateurs that dont provide the same level of service to those using THEIR offered coupon vs. those covered by insurance (my boyfriends experience was much more pleasant.) Weve already complained to Mann Eye corporate office and are waiting on the call that will never come. PLEASE do not waste your time and money with these UNprofessionals.

So far I have been very disatisfied with the service. I am on the phone now waiting for someone to pick up ( they dont close for another half hour). At last someone has answered. They have lenses but have no idea where the frames are. These glasses were supposed to be ready 10 days ago. Service was terrible from the moment I stepped in the door and stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for someone to attend to me. After my eye exam I selected frames only to be told that their computers were down and I could not order my glasses. The girl told me she would call me the next day to confirm if their computers were back up. I never got a call. I called and did not get a live person, left a message and number, no call back. Called again the next day and was told the computers were back up. Returned to their centre and ordered my 2 pairs of glasses. Was told the pair being manufactured onsite would be ready by the 11th. Today they are saying the lenses have not been sent, but they have the frames. On the second pair under insurance they say the lenses have arrived but they have no frames and do not know what is happening with the frames. This is ridiculously bad service.Call back with clarification the lenses for the glasses being made on site, the lenses were there but had been put in the wrong bin. They can manufacture one pair of glasses for me for pick up tomorrow. Still dont know what is happening with the second pair of glasses from insurance. The right hand does not seem to know what the left hand is doing in this establishment. Thank you to Monique for at least rushing one pair of glasses through for me.
