The camp there is awesome been going there for three years and its been amazing the people there are super nice the counselors are awesome and the activities are pretty fun.

Very pretty location and grounds but place was filthy. The bathrooms did not appear to have been cleaned over the last month or so and there were multiple remnants of previous users. Showers were poor, with spray going in all directions. Dorm rooms were pretty bad too-dirty and some beds had litter on them. I would not want my children staying here.

Camp Talahi is a beautiful site that feels like it is a million miles away from cities and traffic even though its just a few minutes from downtown Brighton. Its an incredible place for a weekend retreat, wedding, or graduation party.I started going to the summer church camps in 1990 through my UCC church and stayed on as a CIT and Camp Counselor. Summer Camps are the real sleepaway camp experience in a small atmosphere--with only 60 kids at a time, campers get lots of attention to their individual needs and really build community with the rest of the campers. Its a pretty magical experience.
