I needed a store that was relatively close by and carried things for my older camera.They offer a very minimal but sufficient selection. There is 35mm Kodak 400-speed film alongside watch batteries for small electronics--including cameras.Its a somewhat decent option for film development as well. As with most brick-and-mortars these days, Walgreens ships it out to a third party lab, giving a turnaround time of 3-5 days. Overall its a smooth experience for those not in a hurry.

When shopping for a DoorDash customer: if you see that theyve chosen Refund instead of an alternative option, it may be because an alternative listed could potentially be harmful. Dont just assume they want it anyway and throw it in the bag! If you arent sure about a topical/cream, supplement/vitamin, or anything medical, ask your pharmacist on duty at the VERY least.

I have NEVER had such a hard time picking up prints in my entire life!! The girls behind the photo center were having a conversation between them as I waited patiently. When the girl finally came to help me she was persnickety and just a rude person. I had to come back the next day because my name was on the package and not the person who ordered them for me. Simple mistake. I planned on telling the manager about my previous experience and realized the rude lady WAS the manager. This place is a complete joke. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else!!

Made an appointment for a required vaccine, showed up at appointment time to be told there were 4 walk-ins ahead and it would be a minimum 40 minute wait. What is the point of making an appointment?

Clean and well lit, usually a cashier on hand up front. Pharmacy can become busy, plan ahead.

Ladies in the front are a joke for customer service employees, they act like they are annoyed to have to help you. Also caught them gossiping about another customer that frequents the store. Very uncalled for. Learn to work in customer service or go work somewhere else!

I was looking for grand paws meds then i remember i didnt have grand paws

I tried to return a Fed Ex package this AM, a size I have returned there before. The woman manager was quite rude about my return and supposedly scanned it correctly and said it wasn’t taking it. She was adamant they couldn’t take that size when I explained the store had taken that size before she scanned it. It wasn’t heavy, 36” x 18”X 4”. Her attitude and appearance was not professional. The manager should learn to apologize for the inconvenience. Walgreen should post the package sizes they will accept and not waste customer’s time.

Horrible treatment !

I believe they have recently changed some staff...for the better!! Previous staff did not understand the concept of customer service. Always seemed annoyed that they had to help you either at checkout or photo.My recent experience was positive.Two new woman that I encountered were very friendly and helpful.

I seriously just had one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had coming into this Walgreens, I was greeted by a friendly woman named Debbie who I apologized to for coming in just mere moments before closing time. She assured me that I was fine but managing a gas station that closes at 11 I know that inner feeling of “dang it” when you get that last minute customer when you were ready to lock up, I was looking for a weird item that was not very easy to locate and that’s when I met Chrissy, this woman gave me the best customer service I’ve ever had. She knew where everything I was looking for was and even lead me directly to each item. I can’t exactly sum it up but a great late night shift indeed, I typically don’t shop at Walgreens but I definitely will more often now! I wish more people in customer service were like this shift of ladies! Thank you again! Ps I never write a long review but this experience deserved it!

If I could give zero, I would. I was in the drive in line at 1:20, the customer ahead of me was at the window over 10 minutes. They then closed the shade at the drive through, I was in line they should’ve waited on me. Oh, I computers automatically go down at 1:30, yeah right. There’s a lot of competition out there, I for one will never step foot in this place ever again. The customer service at this place is awful. Spoke to Brian the manager, he really seems excited about his job. (Not)

The last 3 times I’ve been in, customer service at the photo center needs some work.

Most professional staff of Walgreens employees I have come across during many moves. They have never lost a script. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

So the pharmacist doesnt show up for work and we cant pick up a prescription because nobody has a key? Are you kidding me?Oh if you need it that bad you can go to the Walgreens in Royal Oak.
