If you are looking for a place that has a fast turn around for your covid test, don’t come here. The lab they use to run the covid tests takes at least 4, 5+ days. If you want your results sooner don’t go anywhere that uses Project Baseline lab.

We had the worst experience at this pharmacy!! The pharmacist (Keith Hiepikko.) lost my husbands prescription card & then told the other pharmacist working at the time that I never gave it to him. I received a call the following day by Keith telling me that they found the card & that he hoped it wasnt a problem for us. I know things happen but was more upset that Keith told the other pharmacist that I did not give the card to him. Own it Keith, when you make a mistake! I also overheard the other pharmacist telling Keith that he had not returned another customers drivers license and Keith shrugged it off. Will NOT be returning to the Howell Rite Aid Pharmacy to fill any prescriptions.

I’m working 7 days a week with long hours. After the long day at work I tried to go to the 24 hour pharmacy near me, but they didn’t have my script in stock. Tired and exhausted, I went to this pharmacy 5 minutes before closing and Scott was willing to fill it for me even though I knew he didn’t have to. Scott has always been very nice to me and my fiancé in store or through the drive through. He definitely takes care of his customers.

Great people work here!!Keith are Scott are awesome and very caring people!!!just the other day I was laid up in the hospital and Keith went well out of his way contacting my doctors office multiple times because of issues with the insurance company until they got it right so he could fill my prescription and that’s not the only time,Scott has also been great for me!!!These guys are great pharmacist’s that take the extra step and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!!!

I only go for my prescriptions and thats because they have a drive thru....if there is a line of 3 or more cars, it takes forever to move forward

A few staff seem to be really dedicated. Keith is knowledgeable and helpful. It feels very disorganized, especially for new scrips, and there can be long wait times. I prefer small to large though. I feel lost in the shuffle at the bigger stores. No pharmacy around here gives great service. Youre lucky if there are a few dedicated employees in the group at any of them.

Helpful some of the time and other times not so much. Staff atmosphere creates either good vibe and helpful experiences or not so good vibes and disgruntled unhelpful employees, you get what you get I suppose. Overall they deliver what I need so I keep coming back.

I just want to make sure I get this right. On a Saturday, a day of the weekend you close at 5PM? Sunday you close at 6 which I get because its sunday. Monday through friday you close at 9PM but on Saturday,a night that I would assume people still need their medication past 5PM because its the weekend, and the pharmacy closes at 5PM? That makes no sense to close at 5PM. Whats so special about Saturday that you cant stay open until at least 8PM. Its not like its a sunday. Its a freaking SATURDAY and you close at 5PM. I cant wrap my head around why you would close at 5PM on a SATURDAY. I would think people would say I have time to get my medication later because its a Saturday but nope you are closed at 5PM on a SATURDAY. I could really use an explanation on why SATURDAY at 5PM you would close a PHARMACY.

I lost my mask and went in there to see if they had any for sale and I looked on front door to see if it was posted if I needed one to enter and it wasnt posted .... I walked in and the cashier wouldnt let me come in bc I didnt have a mask, its posted on their baskets! How was I suppose to see that?? And he had a bandana on! It wasnt even a mask! Rite aid cant even supply their employees with the correct PPE but they wont let me in to buy masks and a water???
