She is very thorough and has helped me with everything from carpal tunnel to piriformis pain to foot pain and overuse injuries. She will give you exercises to help prevent your pain from returning. I have been to lots of massage therapists in various parts of the world and I keep coming back to Sonya because she actually helps my muscle problems and when I go to her the muscle problems dont come back as fast or as painfully.I cant wait to get another massage
