I have been followed by Dr’s Sahay and Safdar of the Lung Center for over a year. I have always been treated courteously and professionally. While there were occasionally long wait times for procedures, physician appointments were timely and the physicians never rushed me. They have been extremely responsive to any of my requests and treat me with compassion and respect. I highly recommend this clinic!!

I called for a couple questions, I was very polite, Judy just insisted the office is closed and hung up on me mid sentence The office opens Monday, thank you (hangs up) if thats not rude I dont know what is, especially considering my collapsed lung and difficulty breathing.

We arrived at the valet parking at 4:33 pm for a 4:30 appointment after driving through heavy traffic from League City to the Med Center. Called the office to tell them that after we would get valet service and got my disabled husband into his wheelchair and up to the 22cond floor that wed be late. They told us wed have to reschedule. They did not even allow us to attempt to get up there by 4:45 which they said was the cutoff time to be late.. I was not happy at all about the lack of empathy displayed by the administrator that gave the direction to cancel the appointment.

Why give a bad review for wait time. The review should be for the quality of the doctors. I would wait 3 hours if the doctor helped my lung issue. Priorities, people.

We waited for just over an hour with no word what was going on. We finally asked and the rude lady at the desk daid “your name is on the list”. Not a friendly place to go to.
