I am so disappointed with this Doctors office staff. He seems to be a good Doctor, but no follow up sends the message that you are not important. I have called his office numerous times after failure to get into the portal to have records sent to another doctor. There has been no response. I did tons of tests which was an extreme effort on my part, but I feel the doctor and his staff are complete failures with patient follow up and concern. Dont go here if you expect a caring team! You will feel like just another number.

I like Dr Tran, but the way his practice is run is inexcusable. Rude assistant. Frustrating as hell to getThrough to anyone. Before COVID, there was no way to speak to the good doctor by phone. Terrible communication. I’ve put up with it, but no more. There’s got to be a practice that is run well with a great doc who is a good communicator and hires caring help who returns calls and follows through. Byeeeeee.

I love Dr. Tran and his team!!! I count myself lucky to have found them. Irma, Dr. Trans assistant is so patient and kind. Rosa at the checkout desk makes sure you have all your directions so if you have fog brain like I do its ok, theyve got you covered with notes to take away with you. Dr. Tran himself is so thorough and really tries to get to the root of whats going on. He is most intuitive also and answers my questions most times before I can even ask. He takes notes of the visit to give to you at the front desk with Rosa which is very helpful when you have so much to think about at a doctors appointment and who can remember all that afterwards? All in all, Id recommend Dr. Tran to everyone. Absolutely fantastic care givers.

Did not see the doctor, thanks to his staff. Did not receive a return call after a week of trying. This must sound familiar to other patients or would be patients. Ask your provider for another referral...

Other reviewers are 100% correct. The doctor is very nice and very friendly when you see him in the office. However, you should NEVER expect any follow-up, a returned phone call from the doctor, or any guidance outside of your office visits. Everything is handled by their medical assistants with a very hands-off, limited knowledge approach. The doctor is unreachable outside of office visits. I needed help finding a location for a sleep study his medical assistant give me a phone number to call and arrange all of the details. I was left to handle the scheduling, and determine which locations were near me. When the sleep study was finally complete, the doctor gave one set of instructions to me and the medical assistants gave me a completely different second set. When calling to confirm, I had to leave several messages before I heard back from his office. What the doctor told me was correct and another prescription had to be ordered. The hands-off approach outside the office visit with the doctor is abhorring. You would expect the same care and concern given whether in the office or over the phone. A good doctor, but you have to understand the entire practice in order to fully understand the level of care you can expect as a patient. Sometimes the staff and hoops you have to jump through arent worth it.

Dr. Tran has helped me to get off medication that was not helping me and to get a diagnosis so that the maintenance medicines to he has given me can help prevent severe asthma attacks. I have never had an issue with his office staff.

Dr. Minh Tran is an excellent doctor and cares about his patients. I highly recommend him for any type of sleep study or evaluation. The most difficult thing to deal with use to be calling in for an appointment, but it seems that they have corrected this issue.
