I see Dr Tran here for therapy. Hes amazing. Best sports doc Ive visited. Guy is strong so if you need real deep tissue and soft tissue damage Repair, go to this guy. The gym here is legit. Lot of dedicated patrons and lots of energy.

Nice friendly people...easy to talk to , awesome feedback and motivational . Love these guys the trainers are AWESOME as well. Anything you need to know about training ,eating right or just being around hardworking peps that dont mine helping/ motivating you ......you definitely need to be at IX Innovations !

I have tried to cancel my monthly dues for 4 months. They have charged me $800 so far, and still wont return my calls or my fees. Good luck getting them to stop charging your card, once you realize the gym is sub-par.

Pretty cool place with wide open areas for training. Even have the manual treadmills. They have everything you need. The parking is a little tricky though.

Dr. Stephen is great. Very personable & knowledgeable.
