The assistant was very nice. The doctor was very nice also. Unfortunately the medical portion of the visit yielded unsatisfactory results. I felt like the doctor simply didnt take me seriously. And she seemed to be preoccupied during the visit. Maybe she was having an off day but I truly expect more from a health care professional.

Had a great experience at this office, the staff were very warm and helpful. Dr. Patel was very concise and willing to help as well. Cant remember the last time I felt such an awesome feeling from visiting the ENT an Audiologist. Definitely my new home

I recommend this place, very professional and Dr Patel shows concern and will do her best to help you. She called me a couple times to follow up and check on my improvement. The staff here is really nice.

Amazing doctor! Very friendly and great bedside manner. Came in, listened to my problem, asked some questions. Figured out what was wrong with me very quickly and got me on my way to recovery! Would highly recommend her and the Medical Center ENT practice for any problems for ears, nose, and throat problems!

Dr. Patel saw me same day as my GP referred me to her. It was a bit of an emergency. She was gentle, informative, thorough, and kind. I highly recommend her!
