Dr . Byrd was so kind and has the best bedside manner I have ever witnessed in a doctor and the staff was outstanding! They know how to take care of a patient with zero waiting time . No doctors office is ran like that anymore . I wish all my doctors appointments went like that to be honest . He answered every question and was so patient. From walking in to the time I left I was treated with respect and total kindness and no one was harsh or inpatient .

Dr Byrd is a great doctor. I was told I needed to see a ENT doctor and I search and found him. When I first meet him and his assistant Tim they was awesome the best visit I ever had in a doctors office. He helps me with so much stuff I did not know. I am just so happy to have him as a doctor and Tim is the best when you call he responds so quickly. Go see them if you need a good doctor that hear you when you are talking.

My Cardiologist, Director of referred me to Dr. Byrd, MD to review recent sleep study, review of recent cardiologist testing and medications and office examine to determine what my issues are and how to treat them. Dr Michael Byrd was fantastic, took care of ears, checked nasal passages, and esophagus. However the waiting area for patients after seeing doctor was less than exemplary. After sitting down a young person came & sat who kept coughing. I was seated elsewhere, I didn’t feel like I wanted to stay so I left immediately. The checkout process is also not conducive for private communications. The new outer office is lovely. Comfortable wide firm settees, made rising and seating very luxurious.

I was very impressed with Dr. Byrd during my exam. He listened carefully to my symptoms and previous tests Don by other providers. He took time to show me exactly what was happening and to help me understand what my next treatment steps should be.

The staff from the front desk all the way to Dr. Byrd are friendly and helpful. I feel very comfortable coming to this facility and feel like I am taken well care of.
