If I could have rated it 0 star I would. 2nd time I schedule an appt for my sons hearing test or went ENT appt. There is no record of his appt. Even showing them proof of the appts they were already over booked and would gave to wait 2 more months. I need medical clearance for speech and hearing therapy and now it has to be pushed back further .
